On the sea. beautiful view.
Well planned, well maintainedhats off to the Management.
Attended a dinner meeting.
Great ambience.
Great decor.
Well taken care. One of the best services noticed.
Best food . But as a vegetarian, couldn't eat more than 3 items including steam rice

Good place to have delicious AFTERNOON TEA and sides with a nice view, friends or alone!

Excellent services and Elegant, Comfortable restaurant environment.

I love this menu so badly as it was all about chocolate :D

One of nicest hotels in Hong Kong just the location of it isn't the best for traffic. You have to walk some distances to get to the transport. Other than that, the view of the place is perfect. The food is great. Not much to complain.

A great hotel with great services:

- Amazing location, very convenient to hang around the city.

- Spacious & well-equipped room.

- Gorgeous view of the Victoria Bay.

- The Handy Phone was absolutely fantastic. Helped us very much in getting information, communicating each other :) .

- Beautiful staff: very friendly & accommodating.

Enjoyed a drink at the lobby lounge with a panoramic view of the harbour. We got a table right by the view, which makes it even more impressive. Live music and a drink with the skyline in front of you is a good way to spend an hour after dinner.

Luxurious hotel with excellent view of ocean and Hong Kong. My room had direct view of it. I can enjoy the night view directly from my room. Everything is my clean was clean and I can't find anything to complain about. Bathroom was huge. There are more than enough room in the closet. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They always do they their best to fulfill my requests. I was given a lounge access, which had good selection of light meal and snacks. However view from there want so good. You need to book a room with view like mine. I don't think other hotels have better view than here. If view is the most important deciding factor for you, this hotel is it.

Incredible experience from start to finish at a two night stay in November. Top-notch service and amenities. Friendly, always accommodating staff. Highly recommended. Take a dip in the outdoor hot tubs at night for gorgeous views of Hong Kong. Club Lounge upgrade is well with the extra $$.

At a wedding banquet， service was horrible. Whether that was supervisor or manager, he was just upset the whole time. What's more, they drank our wine!!! Definitely would NOT recommend anyone who wants to have their wedding there. The ac was also not cool enough, it was late Nov but think if we are sitting sweating. The staff must have been able to feel it. On top of that, staff dropped a spoon on my moms jacket and did not apologize, and just pretended nothing happened. Definitely not worth it. Nope, won't go there again.

Stayed in November 2017 and was very impressed. The harbor view room is incredible. Service was very attentive in all aspects throughout my stay (bellhop, front desk, concierge, fitness center/pool, housekeeping). There are many restaurants on-site to choose from to enjoy fine dining. The Intercontinental lived up to its reputation and met all of my expectations.

Went to the seafood buffet here. This place was amazing. Every type of seafood you could think of but also had options that weren't seafood. Great quality and the staff efficiency was top notch. The dessert bar is HUGE and delicious. Beware though of the monks out on the street mear this place as they will try to bless you and then ask for money, this is a scam.

Every time I'm in HK, I visit this hotel's main lounge at night to enjoy drinks and apps while admiring the beautiful skyline. Floor to ceiling windows, panoramic skyscraper views, martini in hand, stylish patrons - the best way to introduce a first-time visitor to this amazing city.

Hmm do we really comment on Intercontinental Hotels? Perfect as any other Intercontinental. Polite, informative and good staff. Very nice view, restaurant, let it be for eating or few drinks, quite place with good view, lot of construction around as of OCT 2017

I visited to attend a conference but didn't stay at the hotel. Great location right on the water front and you can see the Hong Kong skyline across the river. Beautiful lobby and good restaurants and very courteous staff.

Service is exceptional, the staff are always there to respond to the smallest request. The buffet breakfast offers a wide array of Asian and Western options - all delicious. The location is also perfect with spectacular harbour views and a few minutes walk to Nathan Road for shopping and restaurants. I could not fault this hotel.

While the location and facilities are fantastic, the room I was given smelled very moldy. I asked for a new room, and they weren't able to accommodate me. I woke up with a terrible fever and cold, from what was clearly airborne mold/spores. The staff was finally able to accommodate me into a new and cleaner room; they apologized profusely (free tea, soup, and macaroons), which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, I can't recommend staying here -- the rooms simply aren't clean or safe to sleep in and no amount of nice gestures will be able to make up for the lost time on my trip. They need to likely replace the AC system or its expensive HEPA filters before I'd ever consider coming back.

Joined the Champagne Jacquesson wine dinner at their Chinese restaurant. There were a nice line up of champagne. Very delicate and refined. The pairing dishes are creative and interesting. Not the usual traditional cuisine.

I did not actually stay here, this is just a review for their high tea service. They offer a Western option and a Chinese option which is unique. At the time that I went, the western option was mostly chocolate themed. It is pricey but not ridiculous. Unlike the famous Peninsula hotel's high tea service that's highly traditional, the style here is more on the modern side. Service was terrific and very accommodating when we mentioned we had some dietary requirements. You get a nice view of the HK harbour while enjoying your tea.

The feeling thet you are treated as VIP started as we stepped out of the taxi at the Hotel lobby. We artived on April 2 in the afternoon. The concierge extra friendly, the receptionist efficient and the manager personally handled our checked-in process. The hotel followed our booking request and requirements as specified, perfectly. The breakfast selection was awesome, great taste of the fresh orange juice. There was one meal issue during one breakfast, but quickly handled and corrected by the chef. The only bad thing that it was only a three nights stay.

My wife and I stayed for one night only on 7 May 2015, last night of a 3 week trip around 7 Asian countries, staying in IHG hotels throughout.
Intercontinental Hong Kong is the most amazing hotel I have stayed in, with professional staff in all areas. Check in was fast and we were personally taken to our room.
The room had the most amazing view of Hong Kong city and everything else. One this that stood out was the cleanliness of the windows, so the view was spotless.
Bed very comfortable, sleep very good and we didn't hear any noise from outside.
We are Platinum Ambassador members so ate and drank in the club lounge which was top class, again with very professional staff.
Outside has the avenue of the stars which is very nice for a walk at anytime, although especially nice at night.
The wifi was so fast which was good as we had photos to add to social media and to send family members.
Concierge arranged something on our request prior to our arrival which was very much appreciated and saved a lot of time for us.
Thanks to the entire team at Intercontinental Hong Kong.

Stay at the Hotel in Nov 2016. Was upgraded to corner room with a great view of the bay and city. The staff at this hotel is awesome. Special thanks to ambassador reception staff as well as housekeeping for their outstanding service. Special thanks to management for complimentary bottle of wine , which was unexpected, and greatly appreciated. The infinity pool is marevelous as well as all facilities of the hotel. The Hotel is in great location, near many shops and restaurant. Special thanks to the hotel staff for shipping the items I left in the room. Looking forward to return to this Hotel in the future.
