Room are quite small but it's still acceptable for 2 of us as we travelled light. Location a bit hidden, room has aged a lot compared to their web pics. Freedy Phone is added points but not user friendly.
Very nice place to stay. Near all the good places to visit, buy food and eat out. Have a nice atmosphere of the place itself.
Small rooms but clean and in a good location. Decent bathroom. Again, small (this IS HK, remember!) but the shower was decent and had good pressure. Also the 'freedy' free portable android device that comes with the room was great to use for navigating around town using Google maps and also used many times as a mobile hotspot for our own devices until we got local SIMS. All hotels should have these available! It was incredibly helpful.
First impressions were good. The lobby felt warm but simple. The service staff was nice enough, but we didn't expect a 10% service charge, or that "joint" rooms meant adjacent. My room smelled fine, but not all too clean. Through a blurry window, I could see the buildings outside. The bathroom was okay too. Nothing terrible. Complimentary cell data service was great, but you had to register an account (very easy). This gave me free mobile data throughout my stay. Nice. In all, decent, but perhaps there are more comfortable places at similar prices.
Very small room but helpful reception and easy to find food around. Didn't see any sea though. During my stayed, it got really noisy when the mainland Chinese checked-in by the dozens. Shouting across rooms and even knocked on my doors looking for their friends.
Locate at very convenient location.. walking distance to airport bus n also night market, supermarket n many more
Good location, my room is clean, helpful staff. Recommended for next visit.
Room was clean although wallpapers were showing sign of wear. Bed was not perfect but the most comfortable one I've had in HK so far.
The room was quite small. Barely enough space on the floor to open a large suitcase.
The street behind the hotel has some small restaurants serving food early in the morning. I tried two of them. One serving HK food and another serving a twist of Indian food. Inexpensive, nice staff and tasty. Take away available.
In the evening more restaurants open and the street turns into a market with fruits, clothes and trinkets.
If you just want a place to sleep, shower, rest before you head out on adventures this place is fine.
+location
+clean
+quiet
+decent bed
-AC fan can't be turned off as long as AC is on.
this is an basic hotel in the heart of downtown kowloon. walking distance to temple street, mong kok, and kowloon park
3stars are for location as it turned out it was 2-3 min walk to the Yau Ma Tei Metro station (c exit) which was very convenient, got us Octopus cards which was very handy. The 7/11 shops and food outlets were all around. The Temple street market was 5-10 min walk away. Ladies market was one station away but if you love walking you can easily get there in 15-20 mins.
Our experience with the hotel itself was not so great. I would give a 2star for over all hotel. Room was small which was expected as it was Hong Kong where most hotel rooms are. It was dusty all over, the carpet was full of old stains. The bed cover too. The ventilation had mold coming out and the shower hose was about to break. I asked on the first day for replacement incase it broke and the management thought we broke it or something. In our one week stay we asked them 3 times and they never fixed it.
The hotel had a restaurant on the 19th flr only opened for breakfast, which we never used. Once ordered room service but they didnt have staff so it didnt happen.
We booked the place despite the reviews but didnt expect it to be like this. I feel we over paid for this hotel.
Very bad hotel.. Room is too small for 2 person.. smell not good..
I lost my hat at lobby hotel and they really not helpfull..
They know who is taken my hat via cctv but they said that they cannot tell to me.. They really save thief..
Rooms were clean, the provided phone was really useful as well.
Very small room and unfriendly staff. But shower pressure is nice and cleaning ladies are kind enough.
Good location, there was mould on the ceiling, which had been attempted to be cleaned. It's not far from Jordan Street, the harbour or temple Street. It's all walking distance. There's even a metro nearby. Easy enough to get to from the airport. I think it was bus 62, the hotel is a bus stop, so it's easy to find. Cross the road al when you get off and walk down the street, it's a huge building on your right. Watch out, there's 2 temple streets too! The smart phone wasn't working when I was there, but you don't really need it tbh
Cheap and serviceable. Acceptable cleanliness and size.
Nice staff and clean room, yet the room is a bit small as the property price in Hong Kong is extremely pricey!
10 minutes walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR, which is easy to find.
Free phone to use while staying.. so far so good. They do clean your room EVERYDAY.
Good location, not on the busiest street but yet it's walking distance to many the centre of the city. Smart phone which can be used as hot spot is provided, this is a nice touch by the hotel. Rooms are clean but small, not something unexpected of in Hong Kong.
Good location, price is valuable
Intermediate service. But good price for room. Helpful handy provided for tourist which can acts as wifi router and tourism guidance. Strategy location, just near to YMT MRT. Definitely will consider again on next visit.
Great location but lackluster accommodations (rooms, breakfast, etc ). Would only recommend if rate is below 50USD.
Good hotel great location and good WiFi. Decent bathroom, good service and comfortable bed. Would go back
the rooms are too small for 2 person and the receptionist are not friendly and not approachable especially the girl in front desk she is so rude. The blanket and pillows smell bad
