I stayed twice in this hotel on this trip: From May 21-23, and then again on May 26-27. Very good city view from my floor. Reached Hong Kong in the morning on 21. The reception told me though they would strive to accommodate a request for an early check-in, but unfortunately, the previous day the hotel was very full, and the rooms were not available yet. My colleagues and I went downstairs in the mall to have some coffee and chat till the room became available. The hotel management took care of our luggage while we were waiting, and very efficiently reached the luggage to our rooms. The bed was quite comfortably firm. The bathroom, the reading space was exactly suited to my taste. Not ostentatious, exactly as I needed. The restaurants were good. Had a chance to dine there more than a couple of times.

This is a surprised find in the super hectic & low end Mong Kok area. The Alibi Tapas Restaurant is tranquil with moody & stylishly casual decoration. Dishes are pretty authentic & tasty, plating is up to modern standard. Prices are at least 20-30% lower than that on the HK island side. 2 person can eat well for under $800. Recommended!!

Great hotel.. great location.. close to local markets, food, shopping mall and metro. Cathy our room service maid was great. Our rooms 2322 2333 and 2336 was always clean and ready for us when we got home from a long days adventure. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel. Right across the street from the mall. The brunch here is amazing. Fresh juice, fruits, American items and also Chinese. The rooms are little small but clean. Love the rooftop and the fitness center. The views up there of Hong Kong are stunning.

Had an excellent stay here. Clean facilities and beautiful views from the room. Staff often went out of their way to help. Baby and kid friendly hotel. Conveniently located and right above Mong Kok mtr.

Not really a five stars for room and equipment but definitively a 6 stars for service. Swimming pool is good after a long day walking in HK.
Location is perfect, 2 minutes walking from Mong Kok station and shopping mall accessible from hotel

Very nice room with good amenities. Extremely convenient location. Can literally walk to lots of attraction within 15 minutes. Don't worry about finding things to eat. Too many options. Will stay again for my next visit.

Most friendliest check in at the hotel I've been to and I've been to a lot of hotels. It was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. Walking distance to big mall and also MTR.

The service is excellent and considerate. They managed to change our two bed room to a king-size bed to accommodate our little one. Not to mention they even spontaneously offered birthday cake to one of us who's birthday had apparently expired for 1 week !

We arrived at the cordis hotel in Kowloon,big brand new hotel in the middle of the old houses and shops,check in was easy,,the club lounge was very nice indeed,our room was nice but it could of been a bit bigger,the food in the club lounge was good,but we should have a different choice or change everyday,the staff were nice and friendly and help us out a lot. I would definitely stay there again

Situated in one of the most vibrant locales of Hong Kong, right next to a multi storeyed shopping mall which caters to a younger crowd with a multiplex cinema. Good lounge bar named alibi in the hotel. A Michelin starred Chinese restaurant also bring culinary delights to guests and the public.

This is a great hotel, I would stay here again without hesitation. A couple reasons for this; Mong Kok is a great area with lots to see, do, buy, eat; a free mobile phone with the room that you can use anywhere for calls and data; great room and comfy bed and finally the manager sent up a small birthday cake to my room (on my birthday) now that is exceptional. (Loved the cake, thanks that was wonderful)

Check in and concierge staff were very helpful and room is comfortable. Fruit wine and cake for my mums birthday was a lovely touch, thank you Ken! Free mobile phone is also very useful.

These people really could not have done enough for us. Very welcoming very helpful staff. We only stayed one night on route to Australia but nothing was too much trouble. Hong kong is an amazing place and can't wait to come back in a few weeks time

Great hotel, great service, great value for your money! If you can, make sure to get a Club Room, which is adding a lot of extra value for your stay. The staff is wonderful and everyone makes sure that you feel at home.

Great service. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were able to sleep 4 to a room. One king and two single beds. Small kitchenette. Can buy octopus cards at the concierge desk.

Gym is fully-fully-fully equipped ! enjoy exercising with great view! The pool is quite small and crowded. The room looks elegance. Big bathroom with good quality amenities.

Stayed here with 16 month old toddler and they were amazing. We was able to have a high chair and cot in our room and service was brilliant.. Very helpful as we needed baby food heating every day. Thank you Cordis!

Perfect location, 100m from metro, from airport bus, huge shopping mall across the street. Great rooms with phantastic view.Very quiet,but effective ac . Attractive price. Good,free WLAN.

This hotel boasts a wonderful modern art collection, direct access to a shopping mall, outdoor rooftop pool and comfortable rooms. It is walking distance to metros and market. Unfortunately not many taxi drivers knew the hotel by name. Best to carry a hotel business card or brochure with you so you can share with your driver.

The service is outstanding. Club rooms with lounge access are fantastic, complimentary food and drinks of a very high standard all day, there is no reason to leave the hotel. I could live here :-)

I've never got any expected international hotel experience here. Tonight I went drinking with friends at the bar on 5th Floor again. I think the staff should know how to pronounce their wine. Or it might be good to have a code next to avoid misunderstanding. Interestingly, when I asked for a bit more chill wine, I was told room temperature wine is their standard surprisingly. Also there must have a better operation system not to interrupt your customers (same question) several times by few staff..
