Clean n good food. For Muslim Indonesia it is best place to stay because near masjid n shopping place.

Our "family suite" was the same size as a single room with two beds crammed together. Initial staff service very unhelpful but was semi-redeemed later during the stay. Ordinary breakfast. Free WiFi.

Excellent hotel. Single room is perfectly adequate for sleeping. Bathroom is perfect. Good service, good breakfast. Free smartphone with unlimited internet for use during your stay is a fantastic service. Would definitely come back.

I had lunch buffet with my friends there. Reasonable price. Delicious ginger vinegar. Love to make waffle myself. Ice cream also very good

It has the basics if you are a tourist and just want to visit the city. It’s close to a lot of good eats, but a good 10 minute walk from the subway.
The internet here is horrendous. If you don’t plan on using their Wi-Fi, by all means stay here. But if you need Wi-Fi to avoid roaming charges, stay elsewhere.response / report this review -

The rooms are a bit dated and tiny, the net curtains and carpets were dirty. All the rooms we booked had something broken in them. The heating did not work in any room so at times we were freezing. You get what you pay for I guess, we got a bargain price it so can't complain.

Very nice hotel. Best value for money. Good location. After long-hour work, I take a taxi to Happy Valley. I'd like to have foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat. Very modern and professional. I feel totally refreshed. Enjoy it very much.

Dated interiors in dire need of a refresh. Free WiFi which was super fast and Handy phone included in room which gives you unlimited mobile data and calls to China, Taiwan, UK and USA.

I stayed at room 206 and the size of the room was out of my expectation. It's big (compare to usual hotel room) and it has everything you should have in there. Wifi is fast. Shower place is good. Breakfast is not bad as well. Many selections.
As for surrounding, there are eateries everywhere nearby so you won't need to starve. And the hotel is about 10 mins walk from the causeway bay station.response / report this review -

Good location. Rooms are comfortable and clean, if dated. Bed was awesome. The bathroom had good water pressure but the tub was definitely old but was clean. The reception staff were very unpleasant when we checked in but the remaining staff were friendly. Like anywhere in the area it's overpriced for what you get but you pay for the location. Easy access to bus and trains.

The location is good , rooms are small , the cleaners are very kind , price is ok. Water is not free which I didn't like , wifi is so so . There is bus stop next to the hotel gate , not far from MTR ( wan chai ex: A3 )

Rooms were clean, room was quiet and decent sized, price was lower than the other hotels in the vicinity. View was relaxing. 5-10min walk to causeway bay mtr, 20-25min walk to the Hong Kong convention and exhibition centre. Closed by to the wet market where you can buy fruits, nearby outdoor Seafood restaurants, many local food like dim sum, wan ton noodles. The hotel has a gym too.

If you are in HK for business, this hotel located at Morrison, Causeway Bay is right for you. Rooms are well-appointed and clean, the sheets and linen are super comfy and wifi is fast. If you want more luxury, then try the rooms at The Signature Floor. There are is a bar at the underground offering choice of western and local food and showing sports events on its huge tv (Champs), a cafe at the lobby with its delectable cakes (Le Petit Salon) and a buffet resto at the 2nd floor (The Gazebo). A 24/7 gym is also available as stress-buster. Lobby could be mildly chaotic though during checkout time. #LocalGuidesSox

Nice hotel and would be 4 stars if they would invest in new cormfortable matteresses to replace the worn out ones. Location is excellent discount is given to guests on F&B which is a nice touch as the free to use mobile phone. I will continue to stay her in the hope they sort out the mattress issue.
