If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
The room was renovated 4 years ago and felt very modern. The pool was very warm on a cold day. Rare for gong Kong so I was excited to see the pool warmer working. The room was clean and room service was very quick with our orders. The bed was firm and comfortable. And the view was great. There is easy access to Hong Kong's world class sub way service. We enjoyed our stay. There was always someone willing to answer questions and help us navigate the city. I would recommend the Sheraton.
A Hi-So hotel in Hongkong that Foreigners will love their exquisite stylish interior design. Friendly & prompt staffs to your need. Cuisines are spectacular with a good background of music and of course what do you expect for this kind of luxurious style? Its pricey but worthy to your kind of lifestyle in life. A lot of other nationalities are here and enjoying the wonderful life here.
I am slightly disappointed with this hotel. The service are not as friendly, except for reception. The place is quite old and gives off an eerie vibe. The deluxe room bathroom is very cramp. There's a bathtub though but probably is it what that takes up the space. The building tower is not very high, so at the roof top pool, there are taller building and construction crane where you feel like you are being watched instead of watching the sky. However, I like that there are 3 jacuzzi, so there's better privacy instead of sharing with strangers.
I like this hotel, however when we walked into the room it was smelly and disgusting, so first impressions weren't good. However, the breakfast is delicious and fine. I give this a 4 star rating also due to the location. Well done. Continue improving
Very nice check in with a lovely lobby, comfy beds with a very effective black out blinds. Annoyingly we arrived at the same time as the pool and sun deck was closed for maintenance. Also lots of construction work going on outside our room on the building next door

It's a nice hotel with fabulous million dollar harbour view. Rooms may be small but updated and very cozy. I was a bit disappointed at the slowness and long queue at both check in and out. Waited almost 30 min before i was attended to, was the only gripe i had which deducted one star for them. Fortunately things went uphill from then. To cut waiting time at check out during peak hours, signing up for speedy check out process is highly recommended.
Stayed in a tower room with harbour view and could not fault the view. Rooms not huge but very comfortable. Slightly strange shower arrangement in bathroom but it was usable. Tower rooms reception provides good, personalised service. While view from top floor restaurant is great, I did prefer the buffet breakfast in The Cafe on the second floor.
Just starting my stay for a week but hotel has been great so far. Fantastic location with views of the harbour and excellent staff. Will need to see how the lounges are during the weekdays but all good so far.
I would definitely recommend spending the extra $ to upgrade for a view of Victoria Harbour. The night view is extraordinary. The Sky Bar is also excellent for a night of wine and cheese. The rooms are decent but nothing fancy.
Warm comfortable hotel. Excellent service. Costs as would be expected of a Sheraton hotel but still generally good value for money. Decor in the foyer bar area getting a bit dated. Buffet very good.
Very nice hotel and facilities staff freindly and courteous and cant do enough to help. 1st time in hong kong and the stay felt like home to home.
For a rather aged property standing amidst other skyscrappers lining the harbor within the TST district, I must say that it was rather well-maintained. The rooms were very comfortable with a reasonable floor area unlike the small and crammed ones which was pretty common in this fast-paced cosmopolitan city. The lounge has got a comprehensive offerings of F&B during the evening cocktail session. I particularly like their choice of sparkling wine of citrus, zesty flavors and was sweet on the palate. The hotel was within walking distance to the nearest MTR station and this made thw commute a seamless one. Additionally, there was a free shuttle to bring us from Kowloon station after we alighted from the airport express train too!
This was a very comfortable hotel in the middle of Hong Kong. But the service made it. The best (worst) was when my daughter left her teddy bear behind. They not only found it, but shipped it to us in Australia at no charge. Fantastic place.
Also the sea views were amazing.
From our most recent stay this week and previous year, this is a fine hotel, all the hallmarks a traveller requires. Great staff, very comfortable rooms and elegant surrounds, excellent cafe, restaurants. Pool is a great asset on the roof.
A haven to come home to after each day's activities or business.
In particular we enjoy service and friendliness of Dennis Cheung who delights us with his skilful wine knowledge, and choices for us!
When I dropped a favourite cardigan in the lift, staff were so responsive to help locate it - by the time I'd finished lunch they had located it and was returned to me beautifully bagged up to my room. Thank you.
Lost some of its sheen in the past few years
This used to be my go-to hotel in Hong Kong but lately it has become a bit blase about its guests :(
Some rooms are modern and contemporary but not all, so ask when booking.
Good location on Nathan Road and the cross-harbour ferry.
Avoid the room service.. plenty of much better quality food outlets in walking distance of the hotel.
Airport train Kowloon terminal has free buses that regularly service the hotel.. although the buses no longer drop you at the hotel door, so be sure to know where you are heading when dropped off!
Great experience, after a long flight I arrived late in the evening as was tired. Was greeted by the friendly staff in the towers reception who organised drink for me. Room was as expected and the view of the harbour was amazing. Highly recommended
Excellent hotel, check in Service is very smooth, food quality is good, room amenities are also excellent, only drawback is room view, if you got harbour view room only then you will got a good view.
Place is excellent, so many shopping malls are here.
Very (extremely very) small bathroom at least the view is nice when you get the room facing the river. Breakfast is so so. The good point is that the hotel share a smartphone which can be used as an internet access point or to make local call
The rooms are definitely showing signs of age - but what do you expect for a hotel this old? Rooms are typical Hong Kong standard - small for what you're paying for. But when you get past this, it's a pretty good hotel. Staff are excellent, service was terrific all the way through down to the cleaning crew. Breakfast offers a decent spread as well. And the location can't be beat if you're looking to stay In TST. Directly across from one of the TST MTR exits. If you're lucky you might even be able to get a bit of the view of the Harbour from your room!
I have not even stayed there yet but am frustrated. Arriving late tonight and called the hotel to book a hotel car. They hold on for about five minutes while they check that the car was available and then the phone was disconnected (hung up??).
I have been trying to call back at least seven times over the last one hour and no one even picks up the phone.
How can you run a 5-star hotel and not even answer the phone!!??? Horrible.
Might cancel my reservation through global reservations and let them know that just Sheraton doesn't pick up their phones
Beyond frustrated wasting my time
Clean, comfortable and spaciour room for my stay in this well located hotel. Quite a nice hotel but the room needs just a little touch up.
Good hotel to stay for a couple of days! Well located. The subway is just around the corner. There are a lot of shoppings mall in the area.
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Sizeable for Hong Kong - I had the Superior King room and was able to fit an extra bed just fine. The only thing is there's a construction going on right now that is quite noisy, but that should be temporary.
Excellent, excellent service! Rooms are great and breakfast was delicious. Great subway access makes exploring easy. Staff all around was always happy to help. I will say what made the stay most epic was the staff in the Sky Lounge during New Years Eve and on our last night. They truly just want to make your stay wonderful, especially Rachel. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and ensuring our wonderful experience!
