The room was not clean for three days. When I enquire, I was given a reason of coz the twin beds was shifted together and thus it wasn't appropriate to even fold the comforters. It was left on the original position.

The floor wasn't clean as well so despite the fact of the location and the price, nothing could describe any further from my experiences.

The comments are my very own opinions. Thank you.

A good 3-star hotel. Located at Tin Wan, the location is decent, as there are a number of bus routes within 5 minutes walking distance. However, there is not MTR within walking distance, so it's not as convenient if you want to travel a bit further. The room is as expected from a 3-star. It's quite spacious but it's getting a bit dated. The service is alright - new towels, 2 bottles of water everyday. Cleanliness can be a bit better though. The staff are nice and responsive. The in room safe was broken when we first arrived (the door was actually missing) but they fix it the day after. We asked for things like extra pillows, utensils, and hairdryer (not in the room but it's complimentary if you ask) and they are ready very quickly. I speak Cantonese though so it definitely helps. There's a cafeteria that offers breakfast and lunch. Price is comparable to restaurants in the area (which there are tons). The seating is definitely more comfortable. We have a toddler and an infant and we find it to be very good. The cost is well worth it, and at first I was a bit scapticle, but I'm well surprised.

Excellent hotel and great for value. Stayed here for a total of 12 nights. Has room service daily to clean and take rubbish. Laundry services you pay for if you need it. Stayed in a twin bedroom and had warm. Comfortable, clean room with friendly and helpful staff. Has a separate shower to toilet space unlike most hotels you get. Had to travel daily from Hong Kong Island but would happily do it again.

It's a budget hotel. It's clean enough and location is convenient to the Southern District of Hong Kong. It's a 3 star hotel at best but great for people on a tight budget.

The Caritas Oswald Cheung International House is very hard to find, as it is not named as such. It is named as the Caritas Jockey club. We arrived on the street just fine, after travelling by bus. Walked up and down the street looking for this place, in the pouring rain. Only after finding a nice girl inside a 7/11 did we find the hotel, as she showed my partner and I where it was situated.
When you enter the building, I was still a bit unsure as to whether we were in the correct place. There was no indication that this was a hotel. Once we got into the lift, only then it became apparent, as the hotel was named by the floor button.
When we finally go to the reception, we were greeted with an unfriendly service with no smile! As if this wasn't a bad enough welcome to a new city, upon entering our room I noticed that the toilet had failed to be cleaned and was covering in urine!
So I went back to the reception to complain, no one was present, I rang the assistance bell several times and waited around 10 minutes before the host appeared. When I advised what the problem was, there no offer to move room. Instead a cleaner was sent to deal with the mess.
We initially booked for 2 nights via Asia rooms, but needed to stay another night. As we failed to find another hotel within the area and to avoid the hassle of moving our bags we asked if we could extend our stay by one night. They said they could, however at a much higher price than we initially paid. We later asked another receptionist, and they gave us the room for an other night at a similar rate to what we paid initially. Confusing!
The breakfast is included within the price, it's a buffet Chinese style breakfast.

Located in Hong Kong Tin wan -island south
There is no beautiful reception but the staff there are friendly and helpful. Though it isn't classified as a hotel but the room size is the same as a hotel. We stayed there twice. The first time is a room with free wifa, 2 twin beds , a small fridge, small water boiler, TV, safety deposit box, a big closet and a shower place inthe toilet . Clean and tidy. I rather like it without carpet which you can see the floor is clean . Slippers, tooth brush, tooth paste , comb , soap are provided. The second time we were given a bigger room , a room big enough for three twin beds, a bath tub . Both staying are round HK$310 a night. It could cost over $600 in high season. Booking with ctrip is cheaper than any other agents . Transportation is very convenient. Buses to Aberdeen Center for shopping or food. 15 minutes to Causeway Bay , buses to Kowloon or buses to the nearest MTR stations. There are also a number of places for fast food and McDonald.
