Nice hotel. Only issue was hearing a humming noise that seems to have been from the ventilation at night.
Great hotel and close to the MTR. For those who love walking Ocean Park is just 15-20 minutes away. However, forget shopping as there are no malls, markets or even a small grocery in the area and very few restaurants.
Pros: located close to MTR, friendly and helpful staff, great price
Cons: issues with toilet, during the evening room service stopped by to return a beer making me a little concerned they were removing items from wetbar
Nice and clean. Good size room for Hong Kong standard. Their gym is quite nice, and the on-site coach, Ken, is very friendly and helpful. I took one star off because the location has hardly any restaurants or convenient stores nearby.
5-minute MTR ride away from your hotel location, great accessibility by various public transportation. Hotel has a coffee shop, a bar lounge, a rooftop swimming pool and gym with sauna facilities.
I sleep here for about two weeks and the place is very good, the room is cleaned everyday and provide all the need for water, shampoo etc. Don't know the price because is up my client but that's secondary. Gently personal, much kindly. Nothing bad to say
Dinner at the café - nothing special but very noisy with a continuous buffet providing background sound right beside it.
Nice gym and swimming area. Spacious room and washrooms. Lift lobby needs more light, it’s too dark.
Service is exceptional! I have stayed twice and it’s the same every time. Nothing is too much and staff are thoughtful
Rooms are ok size for Hong Kong, no room service, but there is a restaurant.
This is a modern and chic hotel that's well priced and probably the only decent hotel in the south island. Its relatively close to Aberdeen and a fair ride to Stanley. It has easy access to the subway and only a few stops away from central HK.
Very poor laundry service outcome, 2 suits and 3 shirts sent, all not ironed properly. Obvious stain in white shirt wad not removed. Apart from its cost is 4 times as much as laundry service ouside hotel, job was poorly done. Highly suggested not to send anything to hotel laundry unless you want to upset yourself.

On of the best 4 star hotels in Hong Kong South Island. Spacious and clean rooms with good views
Not the greatest amenities for its rating. Wifi wasn't reliable at the room, and at the lobby had slow hours.
Breakfast was good
Nice hotel with good amenities and reasonable sized rooms. About a 10 min walk from the MTR station through an older part of town. Pool and gym facilities were clean and well kept. Pool has a deep end, a fountain, and a wading area for little kids. Service was great and we felt well looked after. It's a bit far from the main districts, but with the MTR, it doesn't take too long to travel there.
Very nice hotel! Nice comfy bed, high quality linen, good size pillows, good customer service, shower works great! Great price too!
I had a good experience in this hotel. The staff was friendly and nice. My only complaint is that they neither have a bar in the pool nor allow drinks in the pool area. It is a shame when you want to go relax and enjoy the nice weather.
It is decent hotel at a very affordable rate vs those 2km away located in causeway bay. Do not have a high expectation on dinning exp here. The room, whether it faces ocean park or mountain view, are very relatively greenery. only 10 minutes subway ride to admiralty.
Smallish room but decently modern. Restaurants and room service on the pricey side.
Food is expensive but lack of choices
Contrary to what some might think when told it's in Wong Chuk Hang, this hotel is extremely convenient, especially with the newly opened MTR South Island line and the numerous bus lines available right outside the hotel. I was able to get to places like CWB and TST within 20 min of leaving my room.
The room itself is not grand but definitely in the nice category given the price charged, decent size as well. The beds are one of the best hotel beds that I have slept in, and I do stay in a lot of different hotels. The air system could use a little cleaning as all my stuff collected quite a bit of dust after couple of days sitting on the table. Also housekeepers could get quite noisy during the morning hours.
Love the customer service, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially important for us staying with 2 very young kids.
The only thing I really wish they could improve on is more seating in the room, there's only one chair and one rolling stool, not really that great when you got couple of friends coming over for a visit.
All in all, we extremely enjoyed our close to 3 weeks stay here and would definitely reconsider staying here again, and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Hong Kong.
Stayed here for two months, excellent staff and nice views in rooms. There's a large table where I can work at in the lobby, and it's usually quiet except at the peak check in hours. It's equipped with a small gym and a swimming pool, transportation is extremely convenient that there are several bus stations right at the entrance. They even provide shuttle bus to central and ocean park!
