The rooftop bar is pricy and the service is close to non-existent. The only saving grace is that it is quite beautiful for a slow easy day

Great views and seating areas at the 27th and 28th floors. When we went it wasn't very crowded as it was a Thursday night. It's perfect for those who want an atmospheric place to relax and drink without blasting music to drink out your conversations. The open area can get pretty windy and chilly though, so be prepared.

Great service and awesome room with lots of space. Very comfortable bed. Pillows in the room were not that comfy but u can request for different ones if u wish. Great location too! The Chinese restaurant on level 2 was not too bad.

Lovely hotel. Great rooms and beautiful bathrooms! Friendly staff and extremely helpful concierge. Good food too. The gym is good and the roof top pool is pretty special.

This hotel was a very good choice!
Next to all the public transport (the tram right in front), very central (shopping, restaurants etc.).
I stayed for 8 nights and the room felt "home". The bed is the best bed I ever slept in. I've problems sleeping and slept like a baby with the bedlinen caressing the skin. The rooftopbar has great views and nice drinks.
The pool is also on the rooftop. A pity it was too cold to have a swim. Everything is clean and impeccable. Housekeeping deserves 5 stars as well. On the third day I got a platter of fruits with compliments from the housekeeping department because I refused to have my bedlinen washed everyday. What a nice gesture!
I will definitely book this hotel again next time I come to Hong Kong!

Famous hotel. Good service, delicious food. Convenient too. After meal, I'd like to take foot and body massage in Zenxes Foot Retreat nearby. Just five minute ride by tram. Very professional and clean. Here I can meet many foreigners who enjoy Zenxes service like me. Super!

My partner and I have been using this property for our annual trips to Hong Kong for about five years, and it has maintained its standards brilliantly. The rooms are exceptionally well laid out (terrific bathroom with a great shower, fabulous water pressure), and always look brand new.

I should particularly commend the staff. At all levels they are superbly trained, fast, efficient and helpful.

The rooftop, poolside bar (Club@28) is enjoyable, but I have never used the other F&B outlets, so cannot comment on them.

One of the things that keeps bringing us back is the hotel's location on the edge of Causeway Bay. Just a few minutes stroll to Times Square, the MTR, and the myriad of small shops and large malls that make this area one of the best parts of HK Island. Hard to beat, frankly.

We will definitely be back again next year!

After living in Hong Kong for 11 years, this hotel is a great base for my return visits. Stone's throw from Times Square, easy access to buses and MTR, location is very convenient. Obviously, Causeway Bay is a busy busy location, but this hotel provides a nice oasis and escape, including rooftop pool. Rooms are comfortable, modern with all the basics done well, staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The location was fantastic (fairly central and just 5 minutes from Times Square). Plenty of food and shopping in the area. The hotel features a very classy rooftop bar as well, which made the overall stay even more memorable.

Conveniently located. Solid staff- responsive, attentive & very professional. Excellent rooms that are comfortable, clean & well designed. King beds are very comfortable. Lots of USB high capacity charging stations for electronics makes most of your chargers redundant. Great sound systems. Comprehensive good buffet breakfast that is well worth the extra dosh. 24 hour big M located just opposite the hotel is convenient. Within walking distance to good shopping & superb eateries. Deluxe rooms overlook the famous race course, so on the right night, you get entertained just by looking out the window.

This a good central hotel on Hong KONG island next to the Causeway Bay MRT in Times Square.

Rooms are ok if you are on your own but a bit tight if your accompanied, especially for more than a few nights.

The executive lounge is part of the main bar on the 28th floor. Drinks are unlimited between 5-8pm but food is very limited to two canopies.
