If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Fantastic facilities at this hotel. Staff were very understanding and provided a great service. The location is very good and with fortress hill metro station a few minutes walk away, getting into cental gets you there quick! The room given was of good quality. Did not get to use their swimming pool because it was under maintenance but that was never a issue.

Excellent hotel with fabulous views over the harbour. Stayed at this hotel for my 50th Birthday and it didn't disappoint. Well worth upgrading to to the Gold Club to enjoy symphony of lights show from the hotel roof top and the amazing views. The Gold Club also offered afternoon tea and free drinks package. The breakfast was fabulous. The rooms were immaculate with television bathrooms with sunken Jacuzzi bath. Staff were very attentive and rooms had amazing views on the gold club floors. Would definately recommend this hotel and we are already looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

Great place with its impressive Grand Entrance, with live Harp player in the afternoons. Catch a local wedding and gaze at their well positioned swimming pool overlooking Hong Kong harbour. Just be aware their restaurant on the floor above watches you swim (life a fish in an aquarium). The restaurant itself has an amazing selection of local dishes. 1 stop in the metro for Causeway Bay.

Worst hotel service and attitude I ever experienced in Asia. Want to be 4* but the attitude is far from any star rating. Messed up the room reservation. internet was a disaster. Room service was mediocre at best. Breakfast was a mess, short I moved to another hotel after the first 3 days of a nightmare staying in this place.

Upon arrival and during our stay the staff were very courteous and helped us find our way around with good recommendations for travel. The restaurant food was excellent, our room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet too. The free shuttle bus into the town was great. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The scent of the lobby when you walk in. Amazing. The views if you get a higher floor are spectacular. And that round bathtub is sexy. The staff try their best to accommodate. If you allow guests to earn pointseven better.

The location is great, with a grand view of harbour. The lobby is good too. The lunch buffet spread had many choices, but not a place for vegetarians.

This hotel is good but very expensive. The location is very hood, everything is at walking distance. Some rooms also have good views. Food options in the hotel are not so good but there is plenty of food options nearby. The building is a little outdated and so are the rooms. For this price you can find something a little better in the area.

Really good hotel, was here over christmas. The food and rooms were very tidy and high quality. We asked if it was possible to go on the roof and the staff did their very best to make it happen

I attended a friend's wedding at the ballroom and the food was fantastic. It was well laid out and the space was nice. It's what you'd expect from a typical Hong Kong style wedding banquet.

Nice enough hotel, but in need to a bit of fixing up (old mattresses, quite old TV sets, worn furniture etc.), so don't look too closely. It's located in a bit of an odd location down a small on-way street next to an old shopping area full of dodgy looking shops and car repair shops. Currently there's constant construction noise, as there's construction of new buildings on two sides of the hotel, so if you're a light sleeper, this might be a big no-no for you. This most likely also means no ocean view in the future. Their airport express shuttle bus has the worlds narrowest seats as well which fits 2/3's of a normal size human being. Oh and the taps in the bathrooms are very annoying, especially the ones for the sink. Note that there's also no shower in the bath tub, which is very, very odd, as you'd have to go into the shower to rinse off after having taken a bath. Overall not sure it's worth the asking price, but then again, hotels in HK are expensive.

Slightly far from downtown but compensates with the views of it. Get a high room looking at the city and you don't have to go anywhere else for those pics from high up. Good gym, fantastic pool, Metro very close by.

It's a nice little hotel, and you can tell they are trying hard to make your experience very pleasant. Location is somewhat decentralized but close to Forest Hill Station, giving you easy access to the rest of HK island. Breakfast buffet is bountiful, rooms are clean and have solid amenities in them.

The food is not good here. If you want authentic quality chinese food , eat elsewhere, and you will pay less.
The staff, however, is superb! They are very picky about guest accommodations and clean ing your room.
The pricing for the rooms are accurate for the area, very accessible by their metro system and its is easy to get to all the shopping areas, they have a shuttle that's nice too, check with the front desk for times.
Overall, the accommodations are great, food, not so great, area is nice and the staff is 5*.

Awesome sky lounge. Amazing views from the top floor. Rooms pretty decent. But for a Club class room, not exactly big.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms comfortable if a little old now. Great value and as close as you need to be to it all. Free hourly shuttle to Central is a bonus.

A surprisingly nice hotel. The staff are super friendly and well trained. Hotel itself is clean and nicely decorated. Closed to MTR station and shops, cafe, and restaurants. The restaurants and bars are also good. Ernest Cheung was outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful in meeting our needs and requirements.

Great hotel. The five star rating is in my opinion closer to a four star rating than five. Staff is helpful but not as I expected. I had a misunderstanding concerning the bedding in my room and my family was moved to another better room without any whatsoever difficulty. The receptionist, Vivienne, who helped was absolutely lovely. If I ever stayed here again it would purely on her behalf.

Very nice hotel in the Causeway Bay neighborhood. Clean and well appointed, certainly a very good value for the money. Given the proximity to the MTR, I would recommend this property.

A hub mostly for Westerners that is a little quieter. Not exactly the true HK experience, especially the food options. However, really nice lobby and they are kind, especially if you aren't a local. Don't get the massage there.

The hotel has some rooms facing the water would have some nice view but my room wasn't so scenic. The staff was helpful and courteous. Room was clean but the ac system was a bit old and noisy.

Lobby it's regal, large and open with a chandelier that is breath taking. Our room faced the harbor with a great view. Sleeping area and bathroom are separated by clear glass, but there is a curtain that can be lowered. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast is a buffet format, complementary with room. Hotel is within easy walking distance of metro rail station. Staff were exceptional and very helpful. We would stay again.

Beautiful Hotel in the Fortress Hill area, close to everything in town and easy to get back to.
The reception hall is grand and with impressive, beautiful chandeliers. Breakfast is abundant and vegetarian friendly, rooms are quiet and nicely decorated the king bed is very comfortable. Curtains block out day light, bathrooms are with shower as well as bathtubs. The gym is good enough for a good workout. There is an external swimming pool also.
Staff is very efficient, nice and eager to help.
