A very convenient location in Causeway Bay and next to subway station. Best for shopping and travelling in urban areas. Not a luxury type as it was an express hotel in this brand.

A good business hotel:
What I love:
- Location, location, location (it's next to Time Square, Causeway Bay with lots of good restaurant, Lane Crawford, and City Super!)
- The price is right (compared to other places around there.)
- Breakfast is included (though may be not so fancy but satisfactory enough.)

What could be better:
- The bed . smaller than queen size and quality of the mattress is subpar.
-Services and facilities are quite limited (which is as expected with this chain of 'express' hotel)

Location is great!!! Good simple breakfast (included) for the clients. But toiletries are so limited. Check in counter people are always in a hurry. Overall okay la😊

Other than standard Holiday Inn setup, I was impressed by it's free handy travel buddy which is a mobile phone with unlimited 4g data that you can use as a hotspot and make both local and international calls. It also provides an umbrella which is very considerable. Complimentary breakfast is good too with 6 sets with different styles.

Really good place. Especially its location is in center easy to go everywhere and good for discover food and local shops. Rooms are decent and clean, beds are compfy and breakfast is great. Of course rooms are small a little bit, it is Hong Kong :D

Service is nice and rooms are clean, well maintained, and a good size. Room doesn't have a dresser. Major cons are that the beds are hard as a rock making it difficult to lay on your side and caused a lot of waking up and hurting backs. Also, the wifi is unusable. Multiple devices were unable to connect due to authentication errors, and when they could connect required a login every 10 minutes for sub 1mbps download. Ended up creating a hotspot to use in the room. Breakfast is good. Nice place but won't be staying here again.

Great location, comfortable, smallish room, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast nothing to write home about and a few things did not work (eg, washing machine, some of the lifts for a while) but repaired reasonable quickly. Reasonably priced by HK standards. Will stay here again.

Excellent hotel with reasonable price and efficient service. Very convenient too. After meal, I;d like to have foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat in Happy Valley. Only five minutes ride by tram! Here I can meet many foreigners who enjoy Zenxes service like me. Super! Will come again next week.

The room decently sized and perfect for two people. The room was a bit bigger than I expected. We could walk around the room and not get in each other's way.

The bathroom was a good size and had a good number of toiletries.

My only gripe is that the shower had a shampoo and soap all in one dispenser. I would have liked to have had them separate, but it did it's purpose.

The room could have had a deep clean. It definitely looked like it hadn't had one in a long while.

Overall I was satisfied.

Ok place if you are travelling on a budget. Located within walking distance to the MTR as well as the tram stop. No pool or anything and the breakfast was so-so. Eating outside is better.

Hotel is conveniently located behind Times Square and accessible to other malls and stores. Reception was accommodating. Room was big but a bit dated in design. The room we stayed in was actually designed for PWD access so there were extra handle bars in the bathroom. Water pressure was high and hot and cold available. Bed and pillows were comfty. No electrical outlets though available near bedside. Breakfast was just ok, limited to 6 choices. Would consider staying here again if on a budget and would benout more than at the hotel.

This is an okay budget hotel. It has a great location. The doors don't close all the way without slamming them. The breakfast is horrible. Everything else is pretty good. The people that work here are nice.

Basic, Highly Convenient Hotel!

Location: Right by Time Square in Causeway Bay. Causeway Bay MTR Exit A. This is likely to be one of the most convenient places to be at if you're goal is convenience and shopping in Causeway Bay!

Rooms: Small but has all that you need for a basic hotel. Fairly clean as well.

Service: Affable, Cantonese, English & Chinese Mandarins speaking staff.

“BEST HOTEL - VALUE FOR MONEY”

As you are in Hong Kong, please do not expect the rooms to be large and huge. They are just to the size and at times small for large size people like me but this hotel was best in all manners.
Located just near to a metro station Causeway Bay A exit it is ideally situated for going around.
The best part of this hotel is that it gives you breakfast, the most important meal of the day, and hence most preferred during Business stay.

Room Tip: All the almost the same in design. Just a difference of around 5 - 10 sqmt Try taking the high floors
