Nice hotel at the center of Hong Kong. Near from ladies market and MTR station. The room so clean and staf so nice.

A dated hotel but renovations have been done since last stayed. It is nearby foods, shoppings, "Ladies Market" and Mongkok train station. Room is small but acceptable and reasonably priced. A lively area.

Location was great, right near the heart of the city. The room was a bit small, barely fit two people and 4 luggages. The service was great, very accommodating.

Stay here the second time. Everything is as good as it can be. Can't ask for more. I think this gonna be my permanent once a year staying. Except this time the housekeeper doesn't clean very good as last year, but I still give them 5 star, other than that everything was great. Great location, good price and the staff at the front is super nice.

We stayed here for 3 days. It is quite near the train station. If you like affordable yet classy hotel this is the one for you. The rooms we had were very spacious and had a bath tub. There were complimentary water and tea. The breakfast was also great. When you walk around the vicinity you can find 7eleven and so many food stalls. Very convenient.

Clashed with a conference group. Queue for the only 2 guest lifts were horrible at certain times. Room was smaller than expected. Location was fantastic. Very accessible to eateries and central areas.

Good locations, just few blocks away from shopping area of Mong Kok. The room is nice without doubt of typical small Hong Kong hotel room size. They also have a small table for sitting and enjoy your tea or coffee with view of Mong Kok East train station. Recommended for those who aim for shopping.

food was so so. they were using used oil for cooking, and the deep fired food had old oil smell and tasted. oyster was not fresh.
st least they have chefs there to cook crepes fresh and cook noodles. one of the chef made a fire on dessert. good to look at but not even doing for 20 people at the resto. and that's only for one time. 😣

Ideal hotel for first time visitor. Food and shopping outlets within walking distance. 5mins walk to Mongkok station with easy access to any part of Hong Kong.
Hotel room is clean with friendly staff.

Excellent hotel, nice location, plentiful breakfast options. They give you a free smartphone with unlimited data and free calling to many countries. My only grouse is that the hotel doesn't have a Gym!

Our 3rd stay in this hotel. Love the location and closeness to the mtr. Lots of great shopping and food available nearby. A great option in Hong Kong where hotels can be really expensive.

Free mobile phone for you to bring around HK & set it as hot-spot so that you can share with others. Hotel also got their own WiFi as well. Room size is ok. Only drawback was on my 2nd day stay, there is NO hot water in afternoon and evening when there is hot water, the water from tap and shower were spouting out brown or rust water for a brief 3 minutes.

Very good service hotel, although the room is small but their service are kind and good. They provide "handy" mobile phone with 4G for us so we don't need to buy HK mobile sim cards.

This hotel was actually great. Ended up being a perfect location, right off of a main night market street, but quiet enough, great shower, helpful phone with data plan, professional service. Really enjoyed our stay here, would come back.

This a lovely-three-star hotel, the service is good, the cozy small room is well cleaned. One minus point here is the elevator, high building but there are only 2, you might have to wait 20 minutes to get your turn!
