Smile, a fundamental stone to the hotel industry, is lacking in this Executive lounge and levels. Been to other Regal Hotels but this one is not liked. I thought it could be best given by its age but very disappointed by its inhospitality.
Good place for tourist for its location, its in the center of Causeway bay where the old and modern life styles you can find here. Big shopping mall, busy street, and you can find all wslks of life around. Of course the hotel serves good food as well.
Good hotel at the center of the HK island. Very easy to find and close to many interesting place. The price is value for money.
One the best places to stay at when in hongkong! Luxurious rooms with beautiful interior and very professional staff. Make sure to try the infinity pool and the jacuzzi on the roof!
Not exactly our idea of a 5 Star hotel. The hallways reeked of a musty odor. The room was old, the curtains and furniture had stains on them, the controls for AC and lights looked dated (1970s style buttons and dials). If you get a really, really good price, take it. Otherwise, look around for something better.
Located in a very strategic location. Close to transportation hub and also Victoria Park. Thr Hotel itself is nice
The rooms are spacious for Hong Kong, the bed was comfortable, but the restaurant and breakfast was very good. The dumplings are sticky and delicious.
What I like about this hotel: the location. It's 5-min walking distance to the center of Causeway Bay (shopping centers, restaurants, transportation stations). There's also shuttle service to and from the airport at a discounted rate. Things to improve: rooms need update and maintenance. AC system not really working - the room was either too hot or cold. At 32c according to the thermostat, it really felt like 15c. Old carpet, aged bathroom with obvious damages. One morning there was no hot water for an extended period of time.
Very nice hotel with efficient service and delicious food. Convenient for shopping too. After shopping, I'd like to enjoy foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat in Happy Valley. To my big surprise, I can see so many foreign residents enjoying Zenxes service like me. Amazing indeed.
Nice rooms, if a little bit 80s in style! - Mirrors, white leather, marble top beside tables with super retro metal button Aircon and light control. Bathroom and facilities all new and good though.
Beautiful venue in a great location. Highly recommended. Service A+ Only minor issue is the lack of power points in the room.
Good location for short walk to SOGO at Hennessy Road, Time Square and Hysan Square. Packed with tourist from mainland. Old hotel but service is good.
Really beautiful hotel, the rooms are a good size, very comfortable beds, nice big baths and some handy amenities included. Breakfast is a great buffet selection (some of which changes every couple of days). Great location near to Victoria harbour, Skye restaurant and rooftop bar are 250m away, karaoke is across the street and a few temple gardens are within a few minutes walk. The hotel also has a rooftop pool - very welcome in the humidity! Loved it.
Everything is perfect so far. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because I like ultra modern designs and this is more classic but still fabulous. Causeway bay is nice but there is another part of Hong Kong that is more upscale if you want that. Tsim Sha Tsui is for the stanky rich among us.
The staff attitude is great. Food is like mass produce, no real quality. Ballroom is not really big but it is really good decorative.
Mixed review for this one. The good bits: Nicely presented and a great location. The room was a good size and looked good. The staff really attentive and the price reasonable. The pool area looked great. Lots of variety for breakfast.
The not so good: The room wasn't cleaned properly (Minimal effort by the maid). No where to sit in the lobby, unless you're prepared to pay the minimal spend for the privelage. The breakfast was pricey. The free shuttle bus looked really old and battered and the driver drove terribly. Really uncomfortable ride! I think I'd try elswhere next time.
A good hotel, a bit past it's prime, but close to the ferry, metro and on tram lines. A park and a shopping centre is next door. Breakfast pricey, so apply for a free membership before booking to save lots.
Good hotel. But a bit expensive for what you get. I'd recommend it. But I'd look at other options before staying again.

Extremely central, the view from the pool is picture perfect. Close to trains shops everything you need in Hong Kong...and the rooms are very quiet
Suitable for family with kids. Big rooms. Has connecting rooms available. Great location in Causeway Bay.
Location is good and also an airport express shuttle bus stop right at the hotel door. Easy access and convenient for travellers who use AE, yet hotel's shuttle service from and to airport also available. Wide room above average of hotel room in HK. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff and value for money. Breakfast line also great. Restaurants and facilities inside hotel. Good choice for staying in Causeway bay.
Regal Hong Kong Hotel is another good choice of hotel if you planning to stay near Causeway bay.
You can try the executive floor, the room is spacious and classic. They offer drinks, cocktails and food at the top executive floor.
The bed and pillow is comfortable.
The buffet restaurant serves decent food and the washrooms are clean. Have not stayed in any of the rooms. The location is good๏ผbeing close to Causeway Bay and has tram and bus services outside.
Good location for the price. Tram outside. Train and bus close. Market nearby. Rooms great, clean and staff friendly.
Never go to this hotel!!! Have you ever experienced sleeping in a 5 stars hotel, while the electricity is off for 7 hours on the night? Only regal hotel hongkong did it!!!!! They just said sorry without any way out! No air con at all and the electricity is off in all areas. How if something happen to us? I think they would not be responsible for it! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
