Great location that is close to the popular eateries. Service was as expected for a 4-star hotel.
Check-in and check-out takes too long despite no queue, all bedrooms and restaurants are freezing cold temperatures, the lifts are constantly engaged so it takes 15-30mins just to change floors Will not stay there again
Rooms are small. Aircon is either super cold or too hot and humid. Breakfast is only ok. Lifts are very slow and long waiting during "rush hours". Location of the hotel is very good though.
Located directly across from the Public Toilet & Waste building but the lobby and hotel are perfumed so it's not noticeable.
Room was small but adequate, even though it is a non smoking building, our floor always smelt like cigarettes.
Great selection of food in the breakfast buffet which was on between 7am-11am.
5 mins walk from Tin Hau station and Ding Ding (Trams).
Lots of restaurants in the surrounding streets to choose from and 7eleven just around the corner for general groceries.
I already had good vibes from Causeway Bay Empire Hotel the moment I walked in, as I liked the fact that it was just a 5 min walk from Tin Hau MTR station with plenty of good eateries and convenience stores close by.
Reception staff were friendly, room size was considered spacious enough by Hong Kong standards, bed was comfy and the bathroom, although small, was modern and clean (toilet flush could be stronger though). Mini bar offered free drinks which I took advantage of on a daily basis :)
What impressed me the most was Belinda, the Operations Manager. I thought I had lost my wallet and she went well above and beyond her duty to ensure I retraced my steps, even helping me go through hotel security cameras. Luckily, i found it in the end. She is an absolute gem!! Will come back for sure next time I’m in Hong Kong. Thank you again, Belinda!
Relax? Just visit Zenxes Foot retreat nearby. Take foot and body treatment. Totally relax. Enjoy !
Upside: Affordable, clean, convenient, efficient housekeeping, room freebies were awesome; good wifi & TV; near lota of restaurants and shops
Downside: Took a long time to check in (more than 30 minutes; long queue; only 1 was attending to guests while 2 others where attending to guests who were checking out; Only 1 elevator was working at the time I stayed there; lobby odor was suffocating (smell of scented flower was overpowering)
Great location, within walking distance of major attractions and parks. Lots of restaurants on location. Hotel staffs are okay, though it took them over two hours to have my room ready and kept me waiting in the lobby without any notification about the room. Transit system is accessible around the hotel.
Really I don't visit hospitality and friendly hotel before like this hotel and in the good place near from shopping and all places also the metro is very near
Nice and good staff specially reception
Thanks Empire hotel - prestige 😃
Excellent place to stay in. Do not miss the wide spread buffet breakfast
Free wifi dongle to use AWAY from the hotel. Fast internet and the battery lasts all day. Free mini bar level 18 and above (ask to check). Tram stop around the corner of hotel with MTR two blocks away. Use hotel booking sites as cheaper then hotel rate, were told to do this by reception for an extra night. Free breakfast included.
The hotel is really nice. Rooms are big enough. It is still Hong Kong. But the best is the dinner Buffet! Loved it.
Budget hotel good breakfast wifi free phone free. Ac not very good moisture comes in room
Bathroom is very small. No wash-let in toilet. Over all great place to save money.
Fantastic breakfast every morning. Probably the best I had in Hong Kong during my two weeks there and different hotels. The rooms are large for HK and modern in style. Recommend.
Good location, ok service. Small elevators that are filled with very loud Chinese tourist, no matter what time of day it is. average wait for an elevator / lift is over 7 minutes, fire escape doors have alarms on them to keep people from smoking in them
Kind well trained staffs. Convenient location and shops around. Good.
Great hotel in Causeway bay, only 5 minutes walk to the MTR station. Around the corners are plenty of places to eat during the day or for dinner. Rooms are tidy and the free minibar gets stocked everyday (and there is plenty of selection for drinks). We did not opt in for the breakfast on level 1, but there are many eateries around so why would you.
Very Cosy Hotel, and very economic
5 mins walk to MTR Metro, very convenient
The staff was not very nice, but compare to China was OK.
The room was clean, but very small, the location was ok as it was near the metro exit and we could get anywhere we wanted
Great staff, good freebies in the room but only if you're okay with a not so see some location.
Very reasonable rates, clean but small room, good but not perfect location, close to MTR, only 1 stop from CWB station where all the shopping actually takes olace (or if you're not in any rush, walking through Victoria Park is pleasant and good for Pokemon GO). Best perks of staying here: many free drinks in the room from beer to mango juice! And free phone with unlimited 4G data for your travels!! Go straight to its browser and Google maps.
Room quality can be improved. Staff has language issues and can't understand English. Good thing is that it got some vegetarian options in the food.
