all the staff are very friendly, the breakfast menu are very nice, so many kind of foods. the room is clean enough. this is recommend hotel. hopefully i can back to this hotel in the future

Rooms were spacious and high tech. The staffs were able to speak English and guide us to our rooms. You are able to leave your luggage at the lobby for at a later pick up if you check out in the morning.

Stayed here whilst visiting family. Nice room with good amenities. Plenty of equipment in the gym. Didn’t venture to the outdoor pool but it’s looked nice and had a lifeguard patrolling at all times. Didn’t sample the food.

Wonderful hotel! City Garden is in a perfect location, near the subway yet just outside of Central. You can walk to Times Square within 20-25 minutes. They have great amenities and delicious breakfasts. When I return to Hong Kong, I'll be sure to book with City Garden Hotel once again.

Room was a bit cold but the hotel did offer a heater to compensate. Very pretty and felt luxurious, recommended as it is very close to forest Hill Station and easy to get to central station from there.

Good n expensive..stayed here for few hours. I can't too much for review as my stay was only for few hours. Hotel is good and centrally located. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Restaurant got wide range of menu to choose and well served food. Hotel staff were quite helpful.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the subway station and tram line. The rooms are very clean and large in size! Excellent service and would definitely come back.

We had a late night meal at their Cafe - chicken rice was OK, with nice sauces and accompanying soup. Satay (4 sticks) was overpriced. The hotel is generally well maintained, with good-sized rooms. Extra storage space for luggage would be nice. Mornings are crowded as tour groups come in and out for breakfasts.

Convenient to HK convention hall. Very comfortable with spacious rooms and beds. Has a very small gym with a multi weights trainer and dumbbells.

Great location near the Fortress Hill MTR station. Room is spacious and comfortable. A phone is provided with data - very helpful for exploring. Service was great - very nice staff.

Lovely, spacious, comfortable rooms and very gracious, attentive service. Although it is just a bit out of the centre, the public transport including the tram, is just around the corner. Breakfast offers the widest range of choice I've ever seen & th he buffet dinner is superb. Loved it here.

The staff is wonderful and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. They will even bring your luggage to your door and search your room for any belongings upon checkout! The rooms are quite spacious given for Hong Kong as well 100% recommend it!!!

Decent hotel in a good location. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. The only negative experience was at check-in. My room wasn't ready even though I had stated my arrival time when I made my booking. This time of year is too hot to be wandering the streets while your room is being prepared!

my family and I checked in at this hotel on the 14th of march, they ask for a deposit and on the 18th we checked out and pay our bill. But without my knowledge they did not cancel the amount that I deposited which is $6700 HongKong dollar. I've called them so many times regarding the issue, but all they've done is promise after promise. It has been 3 months but I still don't have my money back. Don't stay in this hotel, they will rip you off!

Short walk from MTR fortress hill with wide selection of restaurant around (and a 7-11 next to it). Hotel room can use some renovation. A few minor complain: bathroom smells, bathtub doesn't work, electrical outlet far from bed. Bed is quite damped when a/c is on after a while.

Good things: fast check in/out, room is clean, good business hotel, in room international adapters, welcoming staff

The Satay King restaurant in the basement is good for Singaporean style cuisine. The first floor restaurant is good for Dim Sum lunch and buffet dinner. It's spacious and the staff are polite.

They provide free mobile in everyrooms for local call which has internet in it. Rooms are newly renovated. They have supervisors that make sure your door is closed completely for your safety.

Great hotel at a good location, for HK the rooms are huge! Rooms are clean and comfortable with fast WiFi. Many shops/restaurants around the Hotel and very easy for public transport. Great place!

Large sized rooms - a rarity for HK - and friendly service made for a comfortable stay. Location is not in the heart of the tourist precinct but that means shopping and eating like the locals do. This led to the discovery of some excellent bargains in the local street market.
