The amenities and service are top notch. The hotel is so beautiful and the rooms have everything you need. There is a reason this is a five star hotel and after a stay here, I know it well.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Great times here. Pet friendly! I've been upgraded to humongous rooms twice now, and they're lovely. Paid €180 and had a two level suite with an amazing view. Staff is friendly, very well located, 3 minutes from the Westin and MUCH better value. My default choice for staying in central Madrid.

Good little hotel in the centre of Madrid. The highlight has to be the rooftop pool and bar which I had to myself on more than one occasion. The staff were also exceptionally helpful during my stay.

Awesome location, great amenities (including the rooftop pool and bar), and friendly, attentive staff who responded immediately to our every request. The staff all speak English, but were happy to give us the opportunity to practice our Spanish. Only downside is the thin walls - for the most part it was very quiet overnight, but in the evening we could hear conversion in the next room, as well as the buzzers/bells for adjacent rooms.
