I didn't stay at the hotel but was helped by the night staff at the reception on the 7 September night. The guy at reception was very helpful

Great location in Central Madrid with easy access to many tourist locals. Rooms comfortable and nicely appointed.

This hotel is centrally located and was close to most of the places we wanted to visit. The staff was helpful and tried to accommodate us. At least one person at the desk spoke English. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed's were comfortable and we really liked the state of the art shower. We had one dinner and 2 breakfast buffets. The food was ample and fresh with a variety of hot foods, desserts and fresh fruit. Dinner was served with wine. I would have rated them higher had there not been a lapse of security involving another couple in our group.

Great hotel centrally located in Madrid! Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms we updated and the facility's look great! The bathrooms are modern and even have a rain shower! They have a great rooftop area with wonderful views of the city. The hot tub is only available during the warmer months (May-September)

Great place and very accommodating as I was able to check-in at noon.

I would stay here again!

Rooms are small, but very nice and comfortable. Very relaxing. Breakfast is a buffet and included. There is a good variety on the menu, and the food is good. Also it is within walking distance of many tourist attraction, and lots of fun places to shop and eat.

superb hotel in walk distance to Sol and Atocha. They have an amazing rooftop terrace with a pool. Rooms are big and spacious. Beds are very comfy too.
