Centrally located hotel with a metro station (SOL) 5 mins walk from it . Very courteous staff. Rooms are decent.

Great location. So close to the main square of Madrid. Large rooms, large and comfortable beds. Room is completely blacked out making it easy to sleep.

Really good even it's still on work. Great location, food rooms. Just a little small space for the restaurant and hard to move during breakfast. But, I recommend it for sure. 100%.

Our travelling friend is staying there. His room is quire nice but has no window, although the aircon keeps it reasonably fresh. We joined him for breakfast. No fresh orange juice (though they did the day before). No eggs either, so we went elsewhere for breakfast. Memo to staff- buy enough produce for items on the menu.

The hotel is in a great location and in walking to distance to many sites and restaurants. There is train station stop right in front and Starbucks on the corner. The hotel is currently being renovated, but this had no effect on my stay. The area being worked on is blocked off. My only problems were that I kept finding loose hairs and the beds were very firm.

“Slow Wi-Fi but all else very good.”
I enjoyed my stay here, the rooms were clean, the housekeeping staff are friendly to talk to, reception were helpful and good and breakfast was very good. It's a great location being in the heart of Madrid, my only criticism is that the Wi-Fi was really bad, it seemed that there were no routers nearby our room and as such the best place for really good signal strength was the 2 sofas near the lift on the ground floor, I felt like a bit of a dick as many people were using the lift and staring at me, maybe the hotel needs to look into that. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Perfect place for a stay when you visit Madrid. Very close to the centre and the staff are fantastic. Rooms are all in good decorative order and comfortable. I would stay here again, it's a lovely place.
