Quite good room with nice views in the 4th floor. Maybe a little bit noisy, specially when it's a windy day, otherwise excellent

Perfect location. The staff is so nice and polite. The rooms are comfortable and the heating in Winter is so good.

The Hotel is located in the Center of Madrid at a main road and next to a Metro station. So reaching it and going to the city centre is quite easy. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ok but nothing special. I paid 162€ per night during the week. I got a little room with a tiny window

Great value and friendly staff in a very centeal and lively neighbourhood. Needs a bit of a make over. Good breakfast buffets but bar is not much of a bar

Warm welcome from staff. Very helpful as our Spanish is terrible. Cold water served by the front desk. Nice size room with a good bathroom. Lots of selection for breakfast and I enjoyed everything I tried. The location of the hotel is great and not far to walk to the train station or the Plazas.

Good location, close to the Atocha station and Sol. Premium rooms are very comfortable, the rest a little bit small, but clean. Breakfast buffet is just great. Solid hotel

A really good hotel to spend your nights in Madrid. Is perfectly locales, you can go most important places, like museums, shops, bars, on foot.

    AMAZING SERVICE!-
I've booked the place with travelocity 10 min' before check-in and i was already in the system at check-in.
after more than an hour staying in the room i realized my flight is actually that day instead of the day after. i rushed to check-out and told the lady at the reception the story and asked if a refund is possible (despite the fact that it was a non-refunable) she checked the matter for 5 min. didn't even got to talk to her boss and refunded me fully! (i even frogot the card in the room from the rush and she said no problem - go catch your flight)
this was so comforting given the frustrating moment.
THANK YOU TRYP Madrid Atoacha Hotel!

We stayed for 3 nights at Tryp Atocha. The place is centrally located and you can reach the major shopping places by walking. Rooms are small but decent. AC was centrally switched off due to the weather which made the room a little suffocating. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant manager. We found him to be a tad bit rude.
