It was the best visit ever!
The staff is amazing, friendly and kind. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is excellent! A special thank you to Tatiana the manager for her kindness, smile and help! We will definitely come back!!!

What a very well organised hotel this is. Lovely location, very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff, bedroom super views one can go on. The staff in the reception like Rebecca and Juan were more than helpful every time we saw them, The breakfast room was kept clean and plenty of supplies. The two young people that were on most days always smiled and were helpful all the time. Our room was kept very clean and always had a cheerful 'morning' from all of the staff. The company must be very proud of these people and made our stay more enjoyable . Complainants or criticism NONE AT ALL. Top marks to every one.

We arrived at the hotel following recommendations we received and indeed the recommendations did not disappoint.
The lobby is beautiful and pleasant, the staff are courteous and smiling, the rooms are of a good standard and above all the location is a winner. A winning combination of everything that matters in a short vacation (4 nights).
My wife was pregnant, the staff did not miss it and took care of special foods at breakfast and even left us a small gift in the room for the expected birth. These are exactly the cases that make the service personal and warm and make you want to come back. We will definitely return.

Hotel was fantastic. Location on the Gran Via was so close to all the shops, restaurants and metro. Room was very spacious, very clean and had a lovely view of the Gran Via. Breakfast choice was amazing and all the staff were very helpful. Our son has a nut allergy and the staff let us know which cakes/breads had nuts and even gave us bread which had not come into contact with anything. Each morning the waitress brought freshly fried eggs to our table. Fantastic service. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

We enjoyed our staying at your hotel, the stuff we're really nice and happy to help with any problem we had. The breakfast was really great and there were various of options. We asked for a kettle, and when we got to the room in the evening we saw it there with two coffee cups which was lovely.
When we had our Check out they let us leave our baggage there with no extra charge and we're really happy to help.
And the hotel is located in the best spot of the city !! not to mention on the street we're all the biggest shops are, but also is approximately 1.5 km from every destination that we wanted to go and see in the city.

Location and room size are very good.
But;
1. Breakfast service was poor. We were disappointed by the personnel in the breakfast serving!
2. No sleepers available in the room!
3. 4 in the room, but only 1 set dental kit available.
4. Rooms were cold in the evening - heating system was not working proper.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is on the main shopping street with many sightseeing places around, on a walking distance. The metro station is also very near.

Superb 3 stars Hotel. close to all main shops :Primark Zara , etc. welcoming stuff. nice breakfast . stayed in room 204 with balcony to Gran Via. will be back again. Thanks
