amazing hotel.metro station, stores, many place to visit near at hotel.staff hotel friendly speak many language. I recommend and I come back used the hotel.

No restaurant to offer, but the hotel is located in the heart of Madrid city center. Good hotel service and good rooms services.

Pros: Great receptionist assistance, excellent breakfast buffet
Cons: Having stayed three other hotels throughout our 17 days in Andalusia, this hotel was our last four days in Spain.Basically, other than the above mentioned pros, this hotel is a poor representation of comfort, the beds were like sleeping on cots; I struggled each night to find a restful sleep, they provide one flat pillow, and cover sheet. Although the bathroom was cleaned daily, it still looks old, dated, and dirty. If we could possibly have gotten out of our reservation and found another room, we would have left before the first night.response / report this review -

This hotel is in a very central location, 2 mins walk from 3 metro stations. Public areas are clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. Free WiFi which allows you to do most things you need too. My rate included breakfast which was a self service buffet, which was also very good. The room had a TV and mini bar/fridge, and ample storage and hangers. It was clean and had plugs by the bed for charging devices. The bed was very hard, and the pillows are not very comfortable either. Our room air conditioning only blew out hot air, which wasn't a good thing at all. The sink had a big crack in it too, tho that didn't really bother me or affect its use.

Location is amazing. Central . Not noisy. Just the sound system should be better. Could hear everything from my neighbours
