I like the renovated room facing the courtyard. The bed is comfortable, the space well used. The colours are simple yet modern. The air conditioning is wonderful. Only thing missing is a kettle or coffee maker. That would have been very useful

This is quaint and lovely hotel. It adds all the little touches to make u feel really welcome. And considering its just a 3 star it adds the personal touch. Lovely breakfast spread and a good variety to choose from. Really helpful and friendly staff. Close to the hop on hop off bus terminal if u want to tour with the bus. Found it very central. And a short walk to The plaza Major. Where u will find hundreds of restaurants. Many souvenir shops and Gelato parlours. Some shoe shops boutiques and pastry shops.

I ordered a water, and when they gave me a glass, it was dirty. I then ordered a hot chocolate which was much better, but it was overpriced.

The design was elegant and roomy, the room was nice, the bed reasonably comfortable, the breakfast was brilliant. It was situated it a great place for accessing the city which was perfect for me.

Two points for comfortable beds and OK rooms. Low quality buffet for breakfast, a pair of incidences (our room's door was opened twice by other people, insect in the breakfast room) were badly resolved by the staff, that seemed nice people though.

Great hotel, 10 minutes walk to centre, 5 minutes walk to stadium Atletico. Taxi are cheap, metro in front of hotel. Friendly staff, good beds, nice rooms.

Great location! Was very central without all the loud noise of a busy street. The front desk was very attentive to our needs. All major tourist attractions are close by.
