We, five people group, have been to Madrid for the first time. Fall in love with the City. We stay at Petit Palace. This is a cozy place, good service, very convenient for sightseeing, shopping. The breakfasts is delicious with nice decoration bar. Must come back here.

The stuff were very helpful and sweet! The shower curtain was the only thing to bother me really and i could have done with some body lotion as i didnt carry with me since i flew with low cost airline and planned to shop galore. The bathroom tiles r beautiful and so is the breakfast.

This hotel smells like sewer the moment you step into the reception. The pictures advertised are completely different from the actual condition of the building. The windows are old and not soundproof and it's located at a busy intersection with lots of noise, making it impossible to sleep. I booked 4 nights here but unfortunately had to move to a different hotel after the first night because me and my husband didn't get any sleep at all. The hotel is right across from a casino and a fight broke out in the middle of the night on the street and we can hear EVERYTHING (shouting, bottles breaking, people screaming, police, ambulance, you name it). This place is GHETTO. Stay away and save your money elsewhere at a better hotel. I really wish I could get my money back for the 3 nights I didn't stay.

Petit Palace was perfect. The location is right near Gran Via were you can do your shopping. You see not far from The major sites add everything is walking distance. The rooms were nice and up to date. The front desk was very helpful and really sweet. I would definitely keep this hotel in mind send planning on returning to Madrid.

Very nice hotel with excellent location and very reasonably priced. I loved the neighborhood for its upbeat vibe and its proximity to some of Madrid's must sees. Service was excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends and plan to reserve there on my next trip to Madrid.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and would stay again. The location is perfect! Walking distance from all the shops, attractions of Madrid, the amount to restaurants nearby is staggering!
We came to Madrid for NYE and the hotel and staff made us feel very welcome. Champagne on ice, sweets and chocolate and of course the traditional 12 grapes each!
The lady on reception was lovely , we didn't catch her name but she had copper curly hair and she made the check in effortless.
The room was not big and not small either but the glass box bathroom was a little odd, although the shower was fantastic. The housekeeping was perfect and did not have any issues here.
The heating in the room was great too as the temperature outside was around 2°C.

Great location, horrible sound isolation in the rooms. A bit on the pricier side for a hotel of this class.

Very helpful and pleasant staff particularly Laura and Rosa. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very nice. Hotel location is brilliant for shopping, restaurants and metro station.
    Can't fault this hotel.
