My family and I had great experience here. Of course the food wasn’t great but my husband enjoyed the Italian restaurant best! My son who is 5years old had a blast every night at the mini disco. He enjoyed his time during the day at the kids club where they provided fun activities for the kids.
Lots of great entertainment by the pool and at nighttime at the theatre.
If you do the Havana tour get do it by taxi you get your own personal tour guide, ours was a very nice lady who was knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions.
I highly recommend this hotel, so great for a family vacation.

I went to this resort with my family (daughter & Husband) we had such a great experience!
The staff were very friendly, food was good, the pool is amazing, the drinks are good. They have a mini bar inside the pool!
If you want to have the time of your life with your family- this hotel is a must!! My 2 year-old daughter loved it! She enjoyed it all included is a great deal!

I think it was great. Food was very good, beach was good. Staff was very helpful and genuine. I stayed with friends and both rooms were very clean, well up-kept and everything worked.

Funny quirk - all the sockets are Euro/Soviet 220v style, but the coffee machine in the room is an American 110V plug. So you could not plug the coffee machine unless you had a travel adapter.

Coffee was very delicious at the bars.

They just need more shade on the beach. maybe another row of shade mushrooms.

Definitely a 4.5-5 star for Cuba levels.

Nice resort. Large grounds for those who want to walk. Beach and pool. Giant cactus over 500 years old. Worn but clean and cozy rooms. Motivated activities. Don't have to leave the resort but excersions, taxis and buses available.

Cuba is great. The people are friendly and helpful. If you've been to Cuba before then you know that you are not going there for the food. Don't forget your imodium! If you are looking for a personalized tour look up a company called Cuban Connection. A Fantastic experience. Far better than the bus tours.

Nice resort, good service but the food is not 5 star hotel. When you travel to Cuba you have to choose brands like Melia..etc . They surely make difference. I tried it that's why I say. But apart food everything was good!

This is a fairly good resort, but the rooms have gotten to the point where they need a refresh beyond a dash of paint. The beach is really nice, but I recommend going down there to stake out some chairs before heading to breakfast. It fills up fast. The staff are super friendly and very helpful, and there are plenty of kid friendly activities throughout the day. The food ranged from passable to quite good, and there are a range of options from themed restaurants to the buffet. Vegetarian options are limited, but that is true of every resort I have stayed at.

I recently visited this resort (December 11th-18th) as much as i hate giving bad reviews I think people deserve to hear the honest good and bad experiences of the resort . We stayed at Oceans Patricia for my birthday. Upon arrival, I personally found the staff at the front desk quite rude, although we visited the Guest services room right after checking in and the woman there was amazing.

The most negative experience was with our room. We were upgraded to a privilege room which was spacious. We did however find the room quite dirty- moreover the bathroom, the tub wasn't cleaned and on 3 occasions we got towels with orange stains on it. Our first night there we found two cockroaches in the bathroom, one of which was huge. We figured it was a tropical country but kept the bathroom light on from then on. Almost every day we'd come back to the room and find a cockroach but honestly thought it was normal because of the climate.

The last day there, we went back to our room to find 13 LARGE cockroaches crawling on our sofa, all over our bags. It was a horrible experience. We unpacked all of our stuff, and shook it out and went to the front desk. The woman was very rude, dis concerned and didn't care. We asked that someone check the sofa out, as it was invested and that no one else be placed in the room until they do so, and she literally giggled.

Because of that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This wonderful 5 year old resort photos should be updated as it does not give justice to it. Extremely friendly & polite staff in general. Lively spectacular entertainment everynight. Lots of things to keep you occupied as they made it lively from the resort, pool and on the beach throughout the day. Our 7 day trip that was perfect, fun & enjoyable.

Very nice resort. Everyone was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Beach access was beautiful. They have entertainment all day long around the resort. There were a lot of food options but the food was not the best but its expected at an all inclusive resort.

LOVED this hotel, AMAZING staff, SO friendly and fun and they make you WANT to enjoy your vacation. Rooms are very clean, bars are everywhere. Restaurants are not the best food ever, but still, not too bad for Cuba. The bungalows are very well built and the little roads to get to the beach or the reception are very cute

We had a super nice stay of 3 days at this all inclusive resorts, right in front of the beach. If your budget allows you, choose the privilege rooms to have a little more privacy and dedicated service. Cuban personnel that is at the bar, restaurant etc. is always smiling and helpful Rooms although super clean, might need some renovations.

Good overall service and food variety (that is taking into consideration we are talking about Cuba). They lie about giving bottled water everywhere when they actually refill the bottles in the restaurants and bars with tap water, and the drinks are 85% of water and 15% of actual liquor. No music in pool area (boring) but so far not bad for Cuba.

Great hotel nice people. The only complaint i would have is the lack of beach towels. And once you get some they don't get changed out. But other than that I was very pleased with my stay there.

Not a 5 star for sure, the rooms were spacious but had problems with the shower and had to call a few times to get bottled water. The beach is beautiful, but there was so many people it was difficult to find a shady place even if you got there by mid morning.
The pool area is nice and enjoyed the enthusiasm of the staff who entertained.
The food is what I expected nothing more, and was happy to get a good espresso coffee at the bar.
The specialty restaurants are very small!!
The personnel were pleasant, especially at the bar, Rosanna was super nice and always smiling.

Just came back.!!Best ever resort wide variety of activities the staff are very accommodating the beach is amazing .gym is small but accomidating.The buffet is to die for ,the grounds people work hard to keep it beautiful the flowers every morning are flattering .night life is still exciting here till early hours and the cafe shop mmmm will be returning ..

Very nice resort, the entertainment team is amazing, they are very friendly and engaging. I went there in January, 2017 and noticed that at the time the majority of visitors were older and not the partying kind, which is not necessarily a bad thing. The food was OK, nothing special and not too bad, just neutral. The place is clean and rooms are very well kept. Overall, I loved it and I totally recommend it.

Beautiful resort. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay in the Privilege area, Jay was an excellent butler! Only 4 stars because the buffet wasn't that good, but the a la carte restaurants were great, especially the beach restaurant at lunch. The bars were fabulous and the coffee bar was a great way to start each day. I would definitely return.
