Good location closed to main train station, the room that we got is very quiet, because the room is located on the other side of the train station. Hotel room has a comfortable design but bathroom light, you need to know the trick pf how to switch the light! It is a bit strange.

Comfortable stay. Breakfast is good enough for me. The male hotel staff on duty for the evening shift during our stay (27- 29 sep 2017) is pretty helpful! Fresh fruits provided for guests at the reception throughout the day!
Good location as:
1. There's a Coop and Aldi nearby for grocery shopping or last minute shopping for sweet tooth!
2.Hertz is also just behind the hotel .The nearest petrol station is Migrolino which is only 5 minutes drive away!
3.The train station is also only 5 minutes walk away!response / report this review -

This hotel is pretty much right next to the Zurich central station, it's only 1 min away by walk. However, the price you pay for this excellent location is that it is very very noisy at night. Not only that the you would hear trains and trams pass the entire night, you will also hear people shouting, signing, yelling all night long, especially on weekends. Worst thing it that the room doesn't have an air conditioning. So if the weather is hot, you are forced to keep the window open and listen to all the noises the entire night. But except the noises, the hotel is wonderful. The room has basic amenties such as safety box, soap, TV, kettle, etc. It's still a good choice for few days of stay.

Nice hotel and good breakfast but there's no air con during summer! I think you could ask for a fan. But we were fine during our stay.

Booked this hotel for a scientific conference in Zurich with three other members of my lab. The hotel cancelled our reservation without warning one week before the conference. Because the hotel had already taken other reservations one day later, we were forced to book a different hotel, leading to additional costs of around 1400€ (about one third of the original amount). I cannot recommend this hotel, and frankly, I wonder how anyone would want make reservations with this kind of uncertainty.

It's 33 degrees today and there is no air-conditioning in this small dog box - some like it hot but not me. The walls are made of tissue paper - sure it's nice to hear the other guest's dinner plans but not their toilet habits. Speaking of which, the rubber dimple flooring in the bath room is very 1970s public pool. Perhaps look elsewhere.

Super close from the Central Station, but nothing else around it. My only complain is not about the hotel, but that the surrounding was a bit noisy at night.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Es fährt eine Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke, aber man kann die Innenstadt auch ganz einfach zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es gibt eine große Auswahl.

I LOVED this hotel. Great, great, great location. Great buffet breakfast included. Super friendly staff. Really, really nice room - clean, comfy, modern looking. I want so badly to give it five stars BUT the walls were so thin, I could hear every word that my neighbour was saying. I am very glad that I travel with ear plugs. Even then, it sounded like he was in my room.

Location is on a quiet street by the train station. Rooms are in need of maintenance. Service was fine. Breakfast was OK. It's a 3 star and OK for that.
