Our stay was lovely. The things we enjoyed the most were the location of the hotel and the service of the front of house staff. They were warm and welcoming and extremely helpful especially Corrine. For a first time visitor to the city is really nice when people take the time to give you maps and explain your options for sightseeing etc. The rooms were clean and well equipped and we were given an upgrade which was a most welcome surprise. Breakfast we well worth it. Thank you we will definitely recommend and use your hotel in the future.

We were quite impressed with the beauty and esthetics of the hotel and overall enjoyed our stay. We chose this hotel because it seemed far enough away from the busy club/bar scene to enable a restful Saturday night. Unfortunately, a unsanctioned street party broke out around 23h00 in the alcove space adjacent to the hotel entrance and immediately below our room (room 105). After about 90 minutes of enduring the loud music, I ventured downstairs to see if anything could be done about the loud party. I called the night porter, who immediately apologized and fixed this situation (he said he would phone the police, and within 10 minutes the music stopped and apparently the party was disbanded. I do appreciate the immediate efforts to fix this, but unfortunately could not get to sleep until several hours later.

Located near the lake and easily accessible by train or tram, the Opera Hotel offers excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable rooms (note that fridge and safe are Not available in Cyber themed modern rooms) and nice lounge near the check-in area offers complimentary coffee and reading materials. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I really wanted to stay there and not anywhere else really. It's a wonderful boutique hotel for the most part. I was just put off by the fact that there were stains on the carpet in the room I was assigned. I also found the feather pillows not to be comfortable. Feather pillows were never my thing. The stiff/hard mattress was absolutely perfect for me. I actually just hate soft mattresses so this was really just PERFECT for me. Would be nice to have more variety of food options for breakfast because the charge is already high. Overall though, I really love this hotel and look forward to staying there again but hopefully getting more for the charges.

A perfect land mark next to the hotel. So easy to find. The service is wonderful. The people are amazing. If you are a group of men or a single man traveling make sure you check out club global. You can think me later.

A comfort and cosy hotel within a 20 minutes journey by train from the airport. If you are attending an opera what would be a better place to stay? From the first to the last minute of our stay at the hotel we had a feeling we were regarded as V.I.P.s

The hotel was wonderful. Check in was smooth and I appreciated them having everything ready for me upon arrival as I had checked in quite late. I loved the amenities in this room and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel Opera is also in a very good location, close to everything I wanted to see as well as the train station.

Very clean rooms that have been modernized. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect and was in walking distance to many landmarks.

Great location in the old city near the lake, shopping, cafes, and public transportation. Rooms are clean and well maintained, but some (single rooms) are rather small with just a single bed. High speed internet is actually fast and reliable. Breakfast is available in the morning.
