Excellent hotel, being greeted with champagne at check-in is OK ! A litte bit "old" feeling at hotel, but a nice and quite noisy bar downstairs get's a tumbs up. Close to trams and railway station. Breakfast is a above average. Recommended🙂👥

Nice hotel in good location. Rooms are very clean but quite small. Nice staff and nightly butler that comes around and offers complimentary sweet chocolates. The beds are quite comfortable and the WiFi is very speedy. If I were in Zurich again I'd try to find a hotel with a larger room, but this one was quite good.

This is an excellent hotel with an even better location - right across from the train station.

The room was fantastic - a junior suite with two bathrooms and a room divider. Even when the street was noisy shutting the windows resulted in a silky silence. The beds were adjustable - head and foot could be raised for reading or resting tired feet.

The standard complementary breakfast included eggs and rosti to order in addition to the breads, cheeses, yogurts, granolas, and other standard German breakfasts. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and the best of our trip. The Champagne was quite nice, as was the coffee. And the hot chocolate was as good as it gets with steamed milk and Swiss cocoa. It was the best breakfast of the trip.

Umbrellas for use when raining, responsive service, and a dedication to quality throughout made this our favorite hotel of the trip.

The only caveat is to keep in mind that Zürich is expensive and the Schweizerhof was not cheap for Zürich. But if you're looking for a hotel that exceeds expectations and makes it as easy to travel as traveling can be, you can't do much better.

A friend from New Zealand came to visit so we decided Zurich would be a great weekend destination. Nayla from Hotel Schweizerhof made our whole booking experience with the hotel a breeze. Our room was wonderful and the hotel is located within walking distance from various hotspots, restaurants/ bars and shopping malls. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Zurich. Thank You so much!!!

I've been coming to Zurich on business at least once a year for decades. For the past twenty years, have been staying at the Schweizerhof.

For quality, convenience, comfort and service, it is unmatched in Zurich for the busy business traveller.

Location is obviously its key selling point - otherwise nothing special - rooms are ok - amenities likewise - good value nonetheless - service is always good but nothing extraordinary

Room was large & comfortable although could do with updating. Location is excellent and staff were very helpful.

Just a total breath of fresh air! As a Hilton Diamond and SPG Gold I traveled 52 times in 12 month but they just failed on simple things like warm milk to coffee. The Staff at the Schweizerhof is amazing and has the eye for detail. Its always the small things that makes big ones happen. Thank you so much and you will 100% see me again on my travels to Zurich.
