My wife and I stayed here on an 18 hour layover. The great thing about Zurich is the proximity of the airport to the city.

The hotel was fairly easy to find with GPS (thanks Google maps) and a metro map. The hotel is simple and clean. Staff was nice. The reason for the three stars is that the toilet and shower (separate) are not in the room. They're down the hall. Any time I pay for a hotel in the 100 - 130 USD range, I'd prefer to have an in unit bathroom. Otherwise, I had goodnight rest and was fine using the shared bathroom and shower.

From this hotel my wife and I, who are in our early thirties, walked all over the city for dinner and sightseeing.

I will stay here again if we couldn't find a comparable hotel with a bathroom in the room.

I think the one bed room was too small for EUR 113 per day. Rest all like cleanliness, staff behaviour was all good. It is 20 mins drive from airport and 15 mins walk to Zurich Station.

We've stayed at the Start Georges for the last 30 years and it always feels like coming home! We love the convenience, the staff are always welcoming and the rooms are always comfortable and spotless.

The service was great, but the room has no fan and the front desk only had a limited number of them to give out. The hotel has a shared bathroom per floor and is a short bus away from the station

However, the room itself was not like the pictures and would be tolerable if the price wasn't so high

We stayed for one night and the hotel provided a very good value. The location was 15-20 minute walk from the FIFA World Football Museum, historic area, and train station. We slept well, the area was definitely safe, and the streets were quiet. Good times!

Had a great stay at St. Georges! It is cheap, but it was just as I expected it to be! The staff are really friendly and nice, the lobby is comfortable with some leaflets of tourist spots in Zurich, rooms are comfy and clean, and even though the bathroom is shared, I still find it clean and tidy! The balcony is really comfortable and relaxing. It wasn't far to the Hauptbahnhof (main station), nor it's far to the tourist spots, so it's great for me. Breakfast food was delicious despite there aren't a lot to choose from. Will definitely stay here again next time I come to Zurich!
