During my stay when a self-inflicted problem faced up they fixed it creatively and generously. I recommend this classy hotel and its truly fine staff. Exceptionally good service. Discrete and absolutely relyable.

Rooms are a good temperature in summer without the air con being too noisy. Staff efficient and friendly. Make sure you get breakfast all inclusive. It's extremely expensive otherwise.

Good location, nice service. You can park the car just around the corner of the hotel. Wi-Fi is free and exceptionally fast (8 MBs!). But rooms are small (second floor) and a bit shabby.. And everything is very expensive!

Hotel is good. 4 stars, not five. The rooms arè pretty/somewhat shabby, and in my room the floor is not flat! Parking is 35 CHF per night. Internet is free and quick (up to 3 MB/s, but with dedicated login bundled with your room.. Breakfast is good, with a lot of various food to choose from.
