It was an ok hotel with a very slow reception (no matter who was working). Room was basic with only one tiny wow-factor. The amenities were excellent.
Price-quality not very good.

Rooms on Western side is very worn in summer.no ACfan provided can't cool the rooms at least for summer they should provide AC rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is right next to the train station, yet very quiet. The room was very clean, elegant and spacious.
And the staff was super nice, too. We thank Mr. Marco Pannenbecker, who warmly welcomed us when we arrived tired and very late in the night. He quickly found us a room and later also brought us an extra blanket. At our departure, Mr. Vladimir Friedel kindly gave us two free water bottles for our journey.
We had a great experience and recommend this hotel to everybody.

Lovely hotel and perfectly located if travelling by train. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The food in the restaurant was lovely too. Will definitely use again.

Stayed here after missing a connecting flight. It is a beautiful hotel with big rooms. The room I stayed in had 2 twin beds, plenty of dressers, a mini fridge, and a decently sized bathroom with a soaking tub. It was very quiet with a lovely view of a small courtyard. The breakfast was a bit lacking in my opinion. There wasn't really much to choose from. You could get made to order eggs, croissants, cereal, toast, and a few pastry items. Even though the options were lacking, what they served was delicious. The staff was very friendly and most of the staffers I interacted with spoke English. It was a very nice experience overall, even in an inconvenient and stressful time. It almost made all the hassle worth it!
