Nice amenities, but spa had 2-3 hookers in pool area on each of three nights we stayed. Pretty uncomfortable stay for me and my girlfriend.

The Hotel itself is beautiful and has an amazing view , however the way managment handled a lot of the things that went wrong was so bad that I don't think I could go back if they paid me.
I just stayed at the Four Seasons in Toronto and the room wasn't ready when we got there , which was no big deal to us but they sure went over and above to let us know that it was not up to their standards . I understand that not everything is perfect at every high end hotel but its the way issues are handled that can make all the difference.response / report this review -

The grand suite is exceptional just like the staff. From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was deserving of the five star rating. A hotel may have a great decor but it is the staff that gives the hotel heart. I believe it was worth the price we paid due the great experience the staff along with the great view the room offered. We will definitely come back to The Dolder Grand when in Zurich.

Probably the best dinner I've ever enjoyed. It's not cheap but when you consider the city, location with a great view and a two star Michelin tasting menu that will blow you away, you can see why. The service is exceptional and makes for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable Spa! This amazing and modern hotel features a huge 4000square meter spa with an indoor pool, aqua terrace and a series of sauna type rooms. One freezing, one wet heat, one dry heat. Simply the best spa I've ever been to, and that's before the treatment.
Rooms have beautiful views and all the features are controlled from an in room iPad. You can also take a self guided art walk of the hotel and hotel grounds.
Hotel has a Michelin star restaurant, book ahead it fills up fast. Room service is great and you can dine on your private terrace.

Magnificent hotel, a piece of hospitality history. Service is at Palace level with an enjoyable tad of relaxation. Room was great, nevertheless a USB plug was a missing accessory.

Came here for the Sunday brunch. Everything was very tasty, and I think it is worth the 100 bucks for the wealth and quality of foods. My favorite was the great beef Tatare.

Probably one of the best hotels in the world. I love coming here to eat, for coffee, for a weekend getaway, and for the spa! The service is #1, the views spectacular, and the spa is comprehensive. The rooms are very well maintained and I have never had any issues. Love this place..
