This hotel was first class. The upside was that it is located in a neighborhood in Zurich and right across from the soccer stadium. We were lucky to be there on a night when there was a soccer game. We could see into the stadium during the game and here all the fans chanting. I made a video of this with the sound included. This will be a great memory of my trip to Zurich as soccer is so important to European people. When I was ready to sleep, i closed our window and could hear nothing. The hotel is on a bus route with lots of small cafes and restaurants nearby. Personnel were very helpful and our room was clean and well organized. We were close to Lucerne and spent a day sight seeing in Lucerne. Great location, great hotel.

Small but comfortable room, slightly out of the way but still easily accessible. Overall pleasant stay, good value! Only complaint is that the air conditioning doesn't make the room very cool.

Stayed there for one night, a truly great hotel, staff was very supportive and all the facilities were in good shape and running, the only problem is thar hotel does not have AIR-CONDITIONING in rooms, that becomes uncomfortable in summers during afternoon. Everything else is great.

easy to find with private paid parking garage. check in was extremely fast and polite. finding room was simple and the room was very nice.

The room I paid for was not available when I checked in I was given a single double instead of a King When I went to the desk ask for the room I paid in advance for .. there were non available.

I was not offered compensation I was instead given a double room (Which was an accessable room- For disabled) nothing was mentioned of this when given the Key . However I was told it was a Queen bed . it was NOT but at this stage I was so tired. Still no compensation for not getting the room I had already paid for I was only at my suggestion that breakfast was included , which was a waste for me as I am a night person and rarely make breakfast ..in this case it was not used. So in the end I got nothing but shafted.

Very nice and clean hotel. Cordial staff. The hotel has a gym and sauna, which I didn't try. It is relatively close to the mountains. And around 15-20 minutes' tram-ride away from the city center.

Breakfast is on the pricey side, so I didn't opt for it.

Room was very nice, and customer service was excellent! Depending on direction of travel you have to make a u-turn down the road to get in so it's slightly inconvenient, parking garage was relatively empty so it had ample parking. Close to lake Zurich and old town Zurich.
only downside would be that it did not have a pool and the air conditioner was very weak. I personally prefer very cool rooms and our room was around 80.

Not located in the heart of city, but good enough due to Zurich excellent public transportation. Very friendly staff, Useful hints for planning daytrips & excursions.Very good breakfast ,brief & complete

I loved the room, it was comfortable and it had the space we needed. The bathroom was great as well, and the hotel staff provided us with all the help we needed. Would most definitely stay here again!

Adequate accommodations overall. If you ever stayed at a Ramada anywhere else in the world, this location is on par, except one major problem. During the entire time of my stay, the heat in my room was on full blast the whole time. Everyone on my floor had this issue. I could not turn it down. I complained to the staff. They said they would send a maintenance man and never did.

I had to sleep with my windows wide open. I was on the second floor, so anyone with a step stool had full access to climb into my room at any time. People on the street in Zurich were able to constantly stare at me in my room. I left like I had zero privacy.

Overall I was very happy with my experience at the Ramada Hotel. There was one incident which I wasn't happy about. I'd gone downstairs to ask bar staff for bottled water. The young lady said that she was very busy, which I understood & was prepared to wait. The person in question then stood by her cash register & I waited. The next thing I know she goes to the tap fills up 2 carafes of water & hands them to me. I was a bit shocked & took the water. If I had wanted tap water I would have taken it from my bathroom. I came down again later & spoke to a very helpful young man at the front desk who apologized & gave me the bottled water & 2 chocolates for which I was most appreciative. I'm never rude to any staff at any hotel & I do not expect them to be rude to me.
