Very easy to schedule service appointments here. They always offer rides after you drop off your vehicle. Service is great and I never feel they are suggesting extra repairs that I don't need.

I was helped by Shane with our Mazda 5 and it was a great experience. Very easy going when we did our test drive, and I ended up going back to him to discuss numbers. He was really up front with everything, there was never any pressure during the process and it literally took only 15 min to get a deal done. Easiest car transaction I ever had to make. Highly recommend him.

As I was looking at the new cars, a sales rep came to talk about the new cars with me - while I was waiting for the shuttle ride home. He was extremely nice and gladly gave me his time even though I wasn't seriously looking to buy at this time. The young people working at the dealership who drive the shuttles and wash vehicles are always very nice

After visiting several other Mazda dealerships, this was definitely the one with the best and most efficient team to deal with. Trevor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without delay. An hour of chatting with him and he was able to give me a great deal. Headache free experience from sales to signing the contract with Nate in financing. Was able to pick up my CX-5 within hours after the paperwork.

I would highly recommend to give them a visitfor anyone in Vancouver, it's worth the drive out.

Vern at Wolfe's Langley Mazda was a great salesperson. No extreme pressure but was available for any questions He was very friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed that he phoned me a few days after I bought to make sure everything was ok and if I had any questions about the new car. I will DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

So pleased with Jim Murray who helped us work through our decision and choices and then so patiently showed us all the fine details of the vehicle upon delivery. No pressure and very laid back which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Not your normal car buying experience, much better! Pat (the business manager) also made sure that we were satisfied and well cared for.

I was very impressed with the service manager (Marc). I attempted to cancel my appointment the night before, as I did not have the time to leave the car for a day. Marc assured me the car would be completed in under an hour (would be washed etc) and covinced me to give them a chance. Very impressed when I go the car back in 40 minutes barely enough time for breakfast next door. Thank you for the great experience & service. I will be back. Marc went above and beyond, by taking care of my concerns and even having a few extras taken care of in my service as well. Thank you.

Drew was great, he even helped me with voice commands for the Bluetooth, and so, personable, I would highly recommend him to anyone. Although I was not really enthused about the roof rack style that is for the Mazda 5 Maybe Mazda should take a look at that!!! Pat showed me they were removable, and took them off for me and explained how to put them back on. Holly was great with the financing, and Amber has been great too with arranging my protection package. Although the parts/service department were closed at time of pickup-Sunday- we traded in a Mazda MPV and Honda Odyssey, for our 2 new Mazda S and have always serviced our Mazda at this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership, very happy with them.

The service here is excellent. The service Dept. staff are friendly and eager to give the best service possible. They exceeded our expectations when we got back into our vehicle to go home and not only had the exterior been washed, the interior had been vacuumed.

Bought a 2013 Mazda 3, wonderful service provided. Salesperson listened and showed us just the right vehicle for us.. The next day after we bought the vehicle i had a issue with the car and upon calling them they had me come in and had the cat fixed within a few hours without any charge and plus given extras !!! Will definately look to you guys when I'm In the market for another vehicle.

Neil was very knowledgeable about the Subaru line and did a great job explaining things to a very indecisive customer! I previously had a Crosstrek that I loved but was looking for something a little larger if the numbers worked for me. He helped me work through several different options and was patient with me while I was trying to decide between two vehicles. Once my mind was made up, things proceeded rather smoothly and he had my new vehicle cleaned and ready in just a couple of days. I would definitely recommend Neil to friends and family in the future as he has an easy going, no pressure personality that makes you want to stay and check out the cars rather than walk out the door!
