My husband and I were recently shopping for a new vehicle. From the moment we walked into BMW Langley the experience and service we were provided was exceptional. Kris Ong was our sales executive; I cannot say enough positive things about Kris. He is knowledgeable and was involved throughout the process. After looking for a vehicle for 6 weeks, I decided to make the long drive to BMW Langley form North Van as they had an X3 I was interested in. I met with Ryan and was immediately impressed. I hadn't enjoyed any of the salesmen I experienced at any other dealerships, which is why I didn't close a deal elsewhere. Ryan is a pro. He took the time to explain details of the car that no one else had. He also insisted he came with me in the test drive, guiding me to test the BMW ability. I decided right then that if I didn't get this car, I was going to wait till something else arrived on the Langley lot, so I could purchase a it from Ryan. The entire experience has been terrific. I would highly recommend Langley BMW, and I'd ask for Ryan! (I'm sure they are all terrific though, but ask for Ryan! ) I just want to note that I wasn't just looking at BMW's, I visited other brands as well, but everywhere I went I felt like I was dealing with a "car salesman"- with Ryan I was dealing with a BMW specialist.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I've dealt with countless dealerships and salespeople, and BMW Langley has been my best experience yet. We recently purchased a car at Langley BMW.and had a very positive sales experience with Brian de Wet. He was professional but also friendly and approachable. Excellent product knowledge to answer any and all questions. He facilitated us going through the sales process at the pace that was comfortable for us. Certainly no pressure felt. Just a very mutually respectful seller/buyer relationship established. Would highly recommend Brian with no reservations. Other staff we interacted with were also welcoming, helpful. Thanks Brian.

Went to visit this BMW dealership on a tip from a client who told me there was a great deal on a Certified Pre Owned BMW car. I walked in to the dealership and was greeted by the courteous staff and my wife and I were able to completely examine the car without being bothered by pushy salespeople. As we were examining the car, the reception staff offered espressos from the bar and left us in peace. When I was ready to speak about the vehicle and asked reception to send someone over, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Ryan Bentham. Even though this was definitely NOT the most expensive car on the lot, Ryan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, he took the time, and was a pleasure to talk to. No question was too dumb. Ryan set us up for a test drive and with my wife and I being real drivers, he was delighted in showing us the technical wonders built in to BMW cars that make driving fun again. We were sold on the merits of the car, no pressure and solid advice from Ryan. The whole experience from the test drive, to the paper work, to the car preparation, to the insurance was painless, quick, trouble free and all staff from the reception to finance, to insurance, to technical and of course Ryan were just awesome. I have never experienced this level of professionalism and courteous behaviour in my 30 + years of buying cars. Well done BMW Langley!

I have had my BMW in a few times over the last year and the service department has been amazing. Derek, Joseph and Ashley provide excellent service - very professional. They are like "client whisperers" and can calm you down and get you sorted out in no time. Two of my visits were last minute emergencies and they were extremely accommodating despite the busy service department. I am extremely appreciative. I live in between Langley and Richmond but will always recommend Langley!

Recently bought our fourth BMW from this dealership. Curtis has been by far one of the best Sales person I had to deal with. He has taken care of us everytime and helped us with any issues. The management team has always been helpful and courteous (and we realize we are just one of their many customers)

Just bought my first car (I'm 17), and the service was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have been happier with my car, and with Ryan Bentham for being so helpful and patient. Spent about 3 hours deciding between two cars and he stood outside (in the heat might I add) for it all! Seriously great. So happy with everything. 110% reccomend this dealership and the amazing staff!

As a new BMW owner I am delighted to say that BMW Langley is not only conveniently located (5 minutes trip from my garage) but also an exemplary dealership that exceeds at everything you would expect of the brand.
I had excellent experience with one of their sales staff - Ryan BENTHAM spent a lot of effort assisting with my search for an ultimate car.
My requirements were very particular and finding a Unicorn is never easy.
His help was invaluable and he invested a lot of time in the process.
He offered advice and expertise and made my search and making a final purchasing decision so much easier.

Additionally, my dealings with Parts Department (Nick HAYDEN comes to mind) are always a pleasure - I have purchased several accessories there and their service is not only impeccable but surprisingly, their prices often better than alternatives - usually we assume (incorrectly) that amazon ebay and other online sources are where the deals are. Well, I am first to admit that I for one was wrong and on a few occasions I saved real money shopping at BMW Langley. Seriously.
Yes, their prices were as good or better!
I have yet to deal with their Service, but I expect nothing less from them as well.
As long as BMW Canada is represented by people like this, the brand will maintain its name and reputation with ease and for years to come.

Low pressure salesmanship can come across as a bit too "take or leave it" and makes me wonder if they really appreciated my business. My first car was $2300 and well used but the dealer still sent me a gift basket which I remember more than the actual car itself. This was my first BMW purchase and it was just as routine as buying my daily coffee. I guess times have changed or my expectations were too high.

If you’re looking by a BMW, look no further than Open Road BMW Langley for two reasons: excellent service and great staff.
I was immediately welcomed by reception when I first stepped foot into the facility. I was then referred to Scott Stephens who took the time to go over my needs, although there was only 15 mins left to close. He was nice enough to accommodate me after closing and wasn’t in a hurry ‘shoo’ me off to head home. Scott is straight to the point and keeps an open line of communication. He’s very prompt with his responses via text or phone. His partner Ryan Bentham was also just as helpful.
I had the pleasure going for a test drive with Ryan. Hands down – best test drive ever. He thoroughly educates you with the main features of the car and lets you really ‘drive’ to fully appreciate your new BMW.
I’ve been in many dealerships (more than I should) in the past 5 years, and this was the best experience from start to finish.

My wife and I got our 428i from Langley BMW. Ryan Bentham helped us through the process and purchase selection. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Purchasing a new car can be stressful, Ryan's help and his professional approach gave us a peace of mind and made it a great experience. We look forward to working with him again on the next purchases. We have told all our friends and family to go purchase a BMW but only from Ryan!

Message from my wife: We love our new car but it made it extra great to buy it from Ryan!!! Honestly you need to come visit him and I guarantee you will walk away with a great car at a great price. We are still surprised about the deal we got, better than some of our friends who got other makes who are paying more than us!! And the car is not even close to as nice as our BMW!
