  The motorhome was rented by Motorhome Republic, Four Seasons was just a subcontracted supplyer
  The RV we got had issues when we got it, one was mentioned right a way the others we got after signing the contract and getting the keys.
  Mentioned up front was the glass plate over the gas burners was missing
  Not mentioned was the sewer hose was leaking, bell for front dor was making noice when ever opener, toilet gasket not sealing, door to cabin required force to open and when the toilet door came off . We called it in and was told where to get it fixed. When we got there we were told that Four Seasons was to call us and say that they could not fix it before 3 to 4 hours, we got no phone call and had to fix it our self.
  When returning the motorhome we explained all the issues with the lady doing the inspection, she went in to the managers office for prints and got a note saying maximum 50$ in refund.
  She even had the nerve to ask me what I did expect to get back.
  We got the 50 dollars back for this even the other items missing in the motorhome made it very inconvenient the 14 days we had the motorhome
  After this is made a complaint to Motorhome Republic and got 150$ more back.
  Four Seasons RV Rentals not ever again, next year it will be some one else

  Brought a friend here to pick up a rental RV. Operation is well run and everything flows smoothly. RV Units are in very good shape and seem to be stocked with most commons items a person would need for a camping trip. The best for them is the employees spoke fluent German and were able to give them a complete run down and tour of the unit in German.

  Made to wait 15 minutes to be told that they are fully booked through September. Though when I went online to book. No problem booking a unit. Lady I talked to was rude and not helpful. Don't waste your time coming here. They are hunting for foreigners to rip off

  Our experience renting a motorhome here was just perfect. We only had a little incident in the pick up from Vancouver, but we understand it doesn't happen often.
  People attending us were very kind, they even had a welcome muffin and coffee.
  We'd definitely book an RV here again.
