i called them on 14th evening , i usually get my service done from jim pattison hyundai guilford but they didn't had time so they declined then i called these guys at 4:30 pm and they told me that they can take me in the 5 PM time slot. the service advisor promised me lots of thing and it was a level 2 service and they failed in all they was supposed to do and they failed miserably .
car was not washed properly it had lots of spots and smudges on the front and rear wind screen which i mentioned to them clearly that i need them to be cleared as i have to drive the car to Kelowna on the same evening then also they took it lightly and didn't cleaned the windshields properly i had to clean them .. then what am i paying them for . didn't expected this kind of service result from a big brandresponse / report this review -

I could not agree more with JohnnyDreamings review! Best experience I've ever had buying a car. I feel like I'm family! Great work Jug and the rest of the team for making my experience at Hyundai one to remember.

Langley Hyundai team are awesome! So friendly, helpful and fun. Asher made my experience unforgettable getting my 2017 Accent Hatchback. I told him what I wanted and we narrowed some things down and vola I drove away with a sweet package. His knowledge and going the extra mile was amazing. Chantelle - you Rock!! Thank you for a great experience - you are fantastic at what you doand funny. The service was incredible! Anyone who checks out Langley Hyundai will not be disappointed.

They went above and beyond to get me a better car than I was going for and was still able to keep in my price range. I recommend talking to Ray at the Langley location. He made the whole experience easy and very enjoyable!

Ray sold us our turbocharged Sonata at an amazing price! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and taken care of! Amazing customer service! Would highly recommend!

I just purchased my first Hyundai from Ray at Langley Hyundai. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the vehicles and just a pleasure to deal with. Aside from a few hiccups during delivery process (with the sales manager) and a long wait for the insurance company, it was a great experience. Ray definitely made up for it by meeting with me to go over all the features of the vehicle and make sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai to go see him!

I own a commercial garage in surrey . Ordered parts from LH and they were priced better than the aftermarket alternative . The parts came on time and as described by the parts representative . Even though there are closer dealers, Langley will be our go-to here in shop for all future Hyundai factory parts purchases .

WARNING: Do not use this dealership for anything. Jan 3rd I arrived at the dealership for my seventh time to have the same oil pan and timing cover leak repaired for the seventh time. (which is annoying in itself) Once i was told to let it progress more why prolong a repair that i need and that is under warranty? So I am out of warranty and you can charge? One time they worked on it and my crank seal popped out causing me to loose all oil and hear my timing chain rattle. But this story is not about all my previous appointments - No this story is about my Final visit I will ever have. So i show up at 7 40 for my 8am appointment. Shovel my courtesy car out of the snow and proceed to swap car seats. Not the greatest start but it does get a whole lot better!! I work in an automotive shop so i know my way around a vehicle *Clearly a lot better than Gabriel and what ever Tech he had working on my car. 3 30 i get a call saying my vehicle is all done and i can come pick it up(Gee that was quick since there was over eight hours worth of work) They also noticed my cylinder head was leaking but not to worry they slapped some silicone on my block. PARDON me After I was denied conversing with the service manager I decided to make my way out there. FYI a cylinder head repair is never done with silicone. That is the duct tape of automotive and clearly an attempt to get me out of doing warranty. I did not start out unpleasant - I just questioned their repairs. "Does my motor come with silicone on it?" to which Gabriel replies Yes! Yes it does.. After a heated argument and getting no where I left feeling defeated and frustrated. Me and my car arrived at my shop to start work the next day and the guys decided to put it up to see Langley's "Handy work" - What i found made my stomach turn. There was silicone everywhere. Sheered off bolts masked with silicone. Some bolts they put the bolt head back on to appear it was OK but it was not. I spent the next two weeks on the phone with Hyundai Canada and out at Abbotsford Hyundai. - My god are they amazing over there. If you ever have to take your vehicle to the dealer or your looking to buy Take the drive to Abbotsford - you will not be disappointed. They confirmed everything I already knew and got the ball rolling on fixing Langley's screw ups. After further inspection they eventually had to replace my whole motor because of the poor workman ship Langley had accomplished over the years. One bolt that was sheered was right into my block and could not be tapped out - Way to go. I wish you luck in finding decent employees who are understanding in customer service and techs that are able to do quality work. Customer is always right and in this case it cost you a motor and your reputation.they still have not apologized to me or told me how they would rectify this for future customers so I promised my self i would get the word out there!! Stay away from Langley Hyundai and Gabriel - He has no place in a customer service job or clearly an automotive job as he knows nothing about vehicles -FYI my car did not come like this from factory. Just bought a used Veracruz from Langley Hyundai. Dealt with salesperson Tyler P. He was very helpful and we didn't feel pressured to buy. He answered all of our questions. We took a test drive and spent a couple hours there and after negotiating with him and the manager we were unable to come to an agreement almost an hour after closing and left the dealership. The next day (Saturday) Tyler called us back and apologized about not being able to come to a deal. We ended up discussing the car some more and were able to meet in the middle of our original offers. We arrived back Saturday and spent a couple more hours finalizing and getting financing. Financing was also very helpful and easy as well as the insurance agent they brought in to get our car insurance. Tyler made sure to fix a couple issues with the vehicle before we left, all in all it was a great car buying experience. Thank you to Tyler, his sales manager, the financing agent and everyone at Langley Hyundai, very happy with our purchase.
