I was blown away by the whole experience: my wife and I went in not knowing what to expect and within 1 1/2 hours was out with a great car that fit our budget range. Overall my experience with Basant Motors was pleasant. I had Nate Torres as my salesman and he was awesome. He was quick to respond to emails and very helpful. He even drove the truck to me on my lunch break so I could see it during the week.

If there was one thing I was disappointed about is that I was only given one key and no keyless entry. It is partially my fault for not asking but I thought such a well taken care of truck with one owner should be able to have that and it would have been nice to know before I signed and paid for everything.

I recently bought my first car from Basant Motors and had a great experience. Nathan was very supportive and helpful, and he walked me through the whole process. The entire staff was friendly, always making sure I was comfortable and even fetching me water and coffee! I was able to purchase the car and my insurance easily in-house and drove away in my car that day. My car is beautiful and was handed over spotlessly clean. I’m very happy with my experience and my purchase!

NATTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEEEEE is the best car sales man EVER!! I recommend him to all my friends all the time. He got me into a position to help build my credit back and is always honest about what my best options are. He choose cars for me that not only fit my budget but had the features that mattered to me Plus he can keep your kid entertained while you work out the numbers! THANKS NATE!

Wasn't really sure what to expect when buying my first car with not the greatest credit. Then Nate came along and made it easy from getting a loan set up to getting into a car that I would be happy with honestly the best choice I made with easy payments that work for me at an affordable price. They have the greatest customer service. They were able to do far better than Canada drives had offered. Plus their referral program is phenomenal!! Come here and ask for Nate and he'll take good care of you!

Basant Motors has very good Sales and Finance team. I had an overall great experience dealing with the Sales person, Mr. Nash Khan, who did an excellent job with finding me a vehicle exactly to my liking; the finance Manager, Mr. Robbie Kang, who helped me getting the numbers closest to my liking; and everyone else whom I had the pleasure of interacting with. This was my second time buying a vehicle from Basant Motors, and each time I've had a very comfortable, and pleasant experience. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to find a reliable team to work with while purchasing a nice used vehicle.

I've been on the look for a little while now for an SUV however was in no hurry to buy one. I was greeted pleasantly and quickly by Nathan when I arrived. We did a little lot walk to check out what they had and drove some around. I got a fair price for my trade in and for the SUV I purchased!

Very good car buying experience! From the first phone call, to the first meeting, the staff there were helpful, honest, and excellent to deal with. Went to Basant Motors, overall great experience. If you are a first buyer car, go to Basant because they explore all options to getting you a new car. Staff there was great and professional, did not feel pressured into buying a car. Special thanks to Sam, Sid & Ronnie for helping us drive out with our very first car. Love not having to take public transit now && loving our new car!!

Excellent customer service! Definitely recommend going to see Preet at Basant. He helped me get into the vehicle that I wanted and suited my family needs. And very quick service too! I originally spoke with Preet at noon and just hours later I was driving away in my new vehicle.
They were able to help me when "no one else could"
There is also a lovely coffee, pop and snack bar to enjoy and it really kept the kids entertained.

My experience in dealing with Basant Motors has always been exceptionally impressive. My latest dealing with Nate Torres was out of this world. Not only did he have the perfect vehicles in mind when we told him what we needed but his attention to detail after the purchase was done was what we appreciated the most. All this from a low pressure sales representative who was down to earth and considerate of all our needs. My mother will be in next week for her vehicle upgrade because of our impressive service.
