Nice waiting / lounge area with WiFi and complimentary coffee/tea. Charging stations available for mobile devices.

Service by appointment was quick and very organized. Staff is friendly. Public accessible areas were fairly safe.

Hi Folks! I would like to share my own experience about Surrey Honda Located on Fraser Hwy & 152 ST.
This is the best place to get done best service on your vehicle. I had a problem on my Honda Civic Touring and dropped vehicle to fix alignment. However, after the first visit, due to some reason alignment didn't get fixed and had to visit this facility second time but the Service adviser Gilbert and other Service Manager who seats on the glass cabin next to the Parts department, were so friendly and listened to me and arranged to have Service Technician to drive my car with me on it.
They did all things to bring my car at specification, I was so happy to visit the Surrey Honda, and of course, If you're buying New or Used vehicle then you should see "Devershi" (He is a Sales Representative) 'coz he gives the best knowledge about the vehicle and offers the car that you're looking for and helps you to purchase your dream car.

I'm so happy! I wish I could give you guys more Stars. :) :)

I recently bought my first car and had a great experience. Kyle , Dave , Eugene was very supportive and helpful, and he walked me through the whole process. The entire employees friendly, always making sure I was comfortable and ,I was able to purchase the car and my insurance easily in-house and drove away in my car that day. My car is beautiful and was handed over spotlessly clean. I’m very happy with my experience and my purchase!

I got 2 cars from Tanvir at this location. He always greets with happy smile. He always tried to get me good deal and reasonable price. Even if I had no time to pick a car one day, he was willing to spend his time during his day off for me. He is very friendly, and very nice person. He is Awesome I have ever met. I bought a bit of a fixer-upper for my boys, while going to school, and I took it to Surrey Honda and they were great in getting the work done, and recommending only the work needed, given its age and limited expected use. Highly recommend them, based on my experience.

Whether you're going for service or buying/leasing a vehicle, you are always treated with respect and total attention. Service wise, everything is explained prior to any work being done and all your questions are answered. When you go in to look at a new or used vehicle, your options and best deals are all fully explained.

Although my experience with this dealership was rocky over the last few years, my latest experience was nothing less than exceptional. I took my vehicle for a B1 maintenance. My questions and concerns were addressed and resolved within an appropriate amount of time given how busy they were at the time. Incredible customer service - kudos to Naheeda - took the time to explain and go over all the information and attempted to diagnose an issue I was concerned about, something that I would consider standard but not found in many dealerships these days. She even gave me a heads up about a recall that I should be expecting near the end of the year for my model. She was very informative with great communication skills and is a valuable asset to the company. Angelo - who was the shuttle driver, also another great personality on the team, dropped me off and picked me up without hassle. Both went over and above to create a relationship a business should have with it's customers. Although, I cannot comment on the quality of the labour as I did not see them behind the scenes, the front of the line impression this time gave me confidence and trust in their work and gives me no doubt that they did a great job. I very rarely take the time to review but this was well deserved. Thank you!

Hello, I would not buy anything from this Dealership, The price they advertise on line is totally different then what they give you when you come to the show room. The sales Manager is very rude, they offered a best price which was much more then regular price from 2 other Honda Dealerships. Please save your self time and do not shop at this locations. Go buy your car from Jonker Honda, much better sales and service.

I rate it as 4 star. Excellent customer service. Everything was provided under one roof even insurance was done there and then. One thing that Vehicle User Manual was given for 2011 not for 2012 which they promised to be replaced later. I am still waiting for this then I will give the rating as 5.

Honda dealership, good place to shop. Deducted 2 stars for the service side, as they try to make money and the sometimes you can actually get better prices elsewhere.

1) I was about to reach 5 min late to them for services , I called them and told stuck in traffic and they cancelled my appointment for 5 min, upon asking for new one they said after 3 weeks. what ?

2) they are sending flyer of services to home , after incident number 1 - I called and said if you don't have enough staff to provide services for 3 weeks why are you sending mkt flyers, the lady does not even want to hear me and said ok I cancel ur address.

They don't care about customers et all poor quality of staff - that's what I can say 😊😊😊

Recently (9 months ago) bought a Honda Civic with my wife, we are very happy with our purchase. Uncle Mickey Singh, the salesman we dealt with, though overly excited and a little confused when answering our questions, was genuinely very nice. I would recommend Surrey Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I recently bought a 2017 Honda Civic from Surrey Honda and was very happy with the customer service that I received. Initially, I was a bit nervous about the process since it was my first vehicle purchase. However, John Vu was extremely helpful in making the whole process as stress-free as possible. He was very knowledgeable and attentive and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. The staff that helped me with the financing and insurance paperwork was also extremely personable, helpful, and efficient. I will definitely be coming back here when it's time for me to get my second car!
