Never had such a great experience with used car dealerships. You kinda expect car dealerships to be pushy and aggressive but these guys are totally opposite. Mike is amazing sales professional. Gave all info on BMW X5 I liked, let me testdrive and answered all my questions. Car had minor issue after I bought, but he took care of the problem on his own expense (try that in different dealerships, they say you bought it and the rest is your problem). I definitely highly recommend them to my friends. Thank you Mike!

He went above and beyond to take the car to my own mechanic for an inspection and had any issues repaired prior to purchase. My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this immaculate used car dealership. We dealt with Taylor and he was excellent in explaining everything to us about the vehicle. He brought out all of the paperwork and went over everything with us in detail and was not pushy at all and gave us plenty of time to absorb all the details as I don't like to rush into anything, especially buying a used vehicle for my daughter with limited funds. He gave us the back ground to the dealership and his background and made us feel very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and Taylor to purchase another vehicle.

Great team. Steve delivered excellent service and closed the deal that same day. They offered a fair deal and there was no need for negotiationing. I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to do business with them again. I also found through research that the vehicles they offer are top notch. They've done the research for you. Hence, my willingness to purchase a multiple vehicles they had on stock because of the price and the quality of the vehicle.

A swell experience!

A very structured, polite, professional and comforting atmosphere. With the addition of positive energy, willing to go the extra mile and most importantly amazing customer service. Definitely not what I was expecting (due to previous visits to other dealerships). I could image the feeling would be somewhat similar to a high-end dealership--like Porsche--Quality. maybe even better as I've never been to a Porsche dealership.

This place is about quality and respect!

Had a great experience with the Langley location trading in my old car for a newer truck. From start to finish things went extremely smoothly and fast. I got a higher value for my trade in than expected and that helped offset some cost differences for the truck. Everything was set up quickly for me the next day and I have no complaints at all. I was treated very well by the entire staff throughout. Thank you Taylor and Lloyd!

I saw a Juke online and emailed to set up a time to come and view it. The salesman I worked with, Dan, was great. He took the time to show me everything about the car, took me for a long test drive, answered all my questions, and got me what I felt was a very fair price. He did all this while being super friendly and easy to talk to. I never felt pushed - and as a young woman I tend to feel that way most of the time when shopping for bigger items. I've bought 3 cars now from 3 different dealerships and this is the only one I would recommend to anyone I know.

Best car buying experience I have ever been through. I dealt with Mike Washington and his team. No haggling, no pressure. All done in under 2 hours. Very transparent. There was a slight issue with windshield wiper motor which they fixed no cost right away. Highly recommend this group if you are looking for a good second hand car/truck. They don't buy from the auction and all of their cars have detailed history. Huge plus!

Great job everyone! Duke, Kim and Taylor thanks for making my purchase an enjoyable experience. Duke it started with you, we felt relaxed and comfortable with you and you took the time to bring my new Ford Escape from your Coquitlam location. You took the time to ask us all the right questions to make sure it would be a good fit and then gave us a great deal with our trade in. Kim, thanks for providing us with an excellent extended warranty and transfer of everything . . . you know your stuff. Taylor, thanks for all your assistance with the other stuff, touch up, extra keys.
For anyone reading this review . . . I would highly recommend this place. After reading some of the other reviews I had to have a laugh or two. Remember folks you are not buying a brand new car . . . you are buying used and should expect minor or even major things could go wrong! That's not the fault of the person you bought it from; even brand new vehicles have issues, look at all the recalls, you have a better chance with a used vehicle, you can check the history and reliability of it, so do your homework!
