  My best friend and I stayed there from November 2, 2017 to November 5. It was a cozy, clean, comfortable place to stay. Super comfortable bed, great selection of breakfast foods, and very homey atmosphere. I will be booking here again in my next trip to Toronto. The location was convenient and easy to maneuver public transit to and from. Love this place.

  Great cozy place. Sam provided excellent instructions and email communications. Miko greeted us in the morning at breakfast which had everything you could ask for. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend this place!

  The place looks nice and clean. There are towels, shampoo, shower gel and lots of pillows provided. It's not far from downtown. But the neighborhood is really sketchy. If you're coming back late or you wanna grab something from corner store, I won't recommend. There is a shelter nearby and people on street are so crazily weird and looked dangerous. Moreover, there is no fridge in the room. If you have any leftover or buy something to eat later, forget it. The owner doesn't like the fact that you put food in the fridge for whatever reason regardless the food is properly packed and no smell. The bed is very soft and the pillows are either too thick or too thin. I felt like I was sinking into the bed all the time. I had hard time stayed sleeping.
