Not bad price for value. Could use some upkeeping. Still caught smell of smoke in areas. Breakfast had great waffles.
I am giving this hotel 5 stars because it was everything I was looking for. I have been here 2x, for 4 nights each visit, for work. I felt safe in the hotel and in the surrounding area, which is extremely important to a woman that is travelling alone. All employees were exceptional and made me feel safe and valued. My room was clean and housekeeping cleaned it every day even though it didn't really need it. The hallway has a bit of a smell but my room smelled fine. Out of the 8 nights that I have been here in the last month, I could only hear the people in the room next to mine one night, for a short time. Check in was fast. I haven't had any concerns but when others had small problems, I was impressed with how the front desk employees handled the guests. I felt if I ever had a concern that they would take care of me. I'll be sure that my employer books this hotel again, when I return to this area. The beds are comfortable.
SO much better than Hotel 6 for just a few dollars more. No microwave at Hotel 6, no fridges in some rooms, no coffee maker, no free breakfast and NO place to sit except the bed and only one side table beside the bed. Mississauga Inn has all that Hotel 6 doesn't .
First room smelled like cigarettes and urinal mint with cigarette burns in the top 1980s gold cover. Switched rooms this time bed bowed bad in the center and the alarm clock was plugged in but didn't turn on. Switched rooms for a third time and the fridge was plugged in but didn't work and the kicker was the mystery stains in the bedding ( looked like love stains). Top floor smelled horrible ( kind of like old unused garbage bags). Overall room and bathrooms were not very clean.
Would not use again.
Stayed here for a whole week. Internet service was good, adequate parking, good water pressure in the shower. Clean bathroom and bed. Breakfast was nothing to be excited about and the coffee was not the best. However there is a Tim Hortons in walking distance along with some decent restaurants in walking distance as well. Hallways do smell strange at times, must be the guests XD
This Hotel is such a gorgeous luxurious place and the staff are extra helpful in their duty to provide prompt and respectful service. This hotel is outstanding the BEST all around pleasant and pleasant rooms. The main entrance is beautiful and it has a very warm welcoming and bright feeling. Absolutely amazing and fantastic!
Great place to stay. I really liked my stay at the hotel. It's the best hotel I have been to. It is newly renovated and has a great front desk team that is readily available. Thanks Mississauga Inn & Suites for a great stay!!
We stayed here only because we came in a tour and had no choice. That's why I'm never traveling with that agency ever again. The room had a strong smoke smell, and we asked to change room, but the guy at the front desk said they were fully booked and that we should open the window, he just gave us an air freshener. The worst part were the stained pillows, it's really disgusting. Also there are bugs. I'm guessing by the comments that the reason they still exist is either because they accept refugees or have deals with tour agencies. Don't go there!
Located a little off the road. Very comfortable very decent breakfast included with the room. Everything is clean and fast internet as well. Second visit here and both times have been wonderful.
Visit here couple times a year. Good friendly staff, always clean. Will go back. Definitely recommended.
Having used this hotel while on business in Mississauga, I was not particularly impressed with the quality of the hotel or amenities provided. The room was reasonable, but it looked well used and as if it could use some modernization, particularly regarding the apparent lack of sufficent outlets for me and my colleague to charge our personal and work phones. The bathroom was good, with the notable exception of the shower which seemed to have equal parts air and water coming from the showerhead. Regarding the service, what minimal interactions I had with the staff were pleasant. Service at breakfast was another story, however. The breakfast began being served at 06:30 and by 07:00 a number of the options - particularly the hot options such as sausage and eggs - were entirely gone. They were eventually restocked, but only after several people went up and basically picked things clean. Overall, if you are looking for somewhere to sleep for a night and have breakfast plans elsewhere, give it a shot. Otherwise, I would not recommend for business and certainly not for pleasure.
It's nearby a small plaza with some decent places to get food. The hotel itself has comfortable beds, free wifi and breakfast and overall has a fairly good atmosphere. It's a bit less expensive that other local options, so if you're on a budget that can be a bonus as well.
Worst experience ever. The only good thing: the girl at the front desk was polite and trying to help even if she was really busy. I ended up paying 30$ per night more than my original reservation. There were kids running and yelling everywere. The whole place smells really bad, a mix of cigarette smoke and garbage bags. The room wasn't clean particularly the bathroom, whit mold everywhere in the bath and splashes of a pink fluid on the floor and walls. The shower curtain had stains of different colors, very disgusting and there were many clothes moths all over the place . Finally the manager was SO rude, I don't know how can he be doing a customer service job. It was horrible.
