I generally stay at this hotel when I visit my Canadian distributor I'm here for about 4 nights every three months. My current stay has me very upset, however, and I definitely don't feel my loyalty matters. As a business traveler, internet is extremely important. Wifi has been spotty the entire stay, and the front desk attendant has insulted my intelligence with his unsuccessful attempts to resolve it. The room I was given is also not up to the standards I've come to expect. I will be taking my business elsewhere during future visits. Very disappointed. I'm editing this post down from two stars to one star, as I just realized the black "spots" in the bathroom are dead bugs. So grossed out.

Always stay with Hilton family for there hospitality. Clean rooms, breakfast was ok, had booked online wrong room typed but the manager upgraded me to king jacuzzi with no charge and also helped me with the directions to Toronto. Well managed

Room is great! Breakfast at 9:30, past prime time was poor! Omelettes were all gone and after waiting 5 minutes to get cool insides. Toaster is very slow and bacon is artificial. The pool is outside and filled with leaves. Again if you want just a great room and are not too fussy about the rest then it's a great place.

Location was quite easy to find with Google maps available. We checked in late but they were understanding. Convenient side door entrances from parking lot. There is only an outdoor seasonal pool, however they accommodated our visit and sent us to their sister hotel that had an indoor pool. Rooms tidy and clean. Free breakfast included waffles (make your own), oatmeal, fruit, pastries, cereal, toppings, etc. Coffee was pretty bad though.

Very disappointed. Not clean, couldn't use the pool all 3 days. Breakfast cold
Weeds overrunning the place. Under flight path from Toronto Pearson Airport. View of truck storage yard. Bathroom sink not draining well, leaking into the floor. Turns out pipes repaired previously with duct tape didn't work to well. Shouldn't be a Hilton Hampton Inn.

At midpoint of my stay, now, I can see and agree with most of the positive reviews by others, and have experienced a few of the negatives (not deal-breakers for me): between "2.5" and "3.5" 'stars' [on the scale used in this app]. Hampton Inns are "reliable" within the 3 to 4 'stars' in the several I have stayed in mostly USA, and now first Canadian experience(s) I have had. Overall, they have had very accommodating, helpful, eager, and nice staff. (I did change my room due to some the observed things that needs to be fixed : some "things" need to improve, and be upgraded) -- August 2017

I use the Hampton Inn by Hilton very often and this is by far the worst experience I have had.
Elevator does not work and no notice was giving during online check-in.
Very poor maintenance and cleanliness in rooms.
Tables at breakfast area at 8am were dirty and trash were so full you could not dispose waste.response / report this review -

We always enjoy our stay at Hampton hotels. Very accommodating of any requests, a lovely breakfast available, fresh fruit and coffee/tea in the lobby all the time. This location was no exception, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would come back.

I loved being able to check in and choose my room on the app. The rooms were super clean and the bedsheets smelled really nice. Bed and pillows were all very comfortable.

Location is relatively quiet, traffic-wise, but near the airport, so be prepared for the sound of planes flying overhead. Overall, the room is clean and nice, and the service was very friendly. Pool is outdoors, not sure if that was made clear when the reservation was made.

Nice rooms, well equipped with large TV, couch and desk etc. The beds are comfortable. Ample parking was available and the hotel as easily accessible. Free breakfast in the mornings with lots of options (waffle station!) and fresh fruits. Pretty clean overall. Only downside could be that it's somewhat noisy with the air traffic overhead every 20 minutes or so. Didn't stop me from sleeping but could affect extremely light sleepers.
