Hotel features were outdated and hotel itself was in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, but staff was polite during check-in and out and the room was clean. Our friends room did smell of cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking, our furnace seemed to be stuck on full blast, and there was limited parking. Overall, the stay was good for the cheap price.

Worth the price. Customer service at the front desk could be better. Rooms could be cleaner but its worth what you pay for. Usual ideal prices are 70 per night for a single queen. 100 for king per night. 120 for 2 floor suite and sround 110 for honeymoon suite

Our flight was delayed like 15 others and we were left with this hotel as our only option. We would probably have been happier sleeping on a chair back at the airport Our hotel room cost us 80$ and here is the list of disappointments:
1)The hair dryer doesn't work
2)The previous occupants have spilled milkshake in the drawer of the bedside table and the puddle smells like a melted chocolate shake right next to our heads
3)The sink is leaking and flooding the bathroom floor (i guess it's good that the hair dryer doesn't work)
4)The walls have all sorts of things dried to them So it made me look to the toilet seat and.wellI will be waiting to use the bathroom till we get back to the airport
5) I'm guessing that the bathtub used to have some sort of anti slip mat and that has been taken out and now there are the sticky strips left that haven't seen any cleaning based by the color of them.
I'm not a very picky person but this is not worth your money!!response / report this review -

Coffee no breakfast as posted,friendly helpful staff,little parking, housekeeping fast and nice,location a bit hard to find,not to far from Toronto

Great location close to 427. Restaurant s and shopping plaza within walking distance. The Room was ready and clean and services was good didn't hear from them til it was time to check out.

Room seems not clean, people at Lobby not very interested in welcoming people.
Smoke detector hide with paintings tape.
Some people smoke inside building, even with clear indication not to do.
Loud climatisation system, not doing fully the job.
Under 100$, we are not shocked but expecting a little more.
Really disappointed.

Our room smelled like cigarettes. We heard people fighting outside our room at 2 AM. We assumed our check out time was 11 Am, yet a woman was waiting to clean the room at 10:30 and seemed surprised we were still there. Room was clean enough and the tv worked.

If you don't mind the escorts bringing Johns in all night, and ladies hiding in the dark corners of the Inn Not a problem. Aside from that its pretty decent

The hotel was great and cozy. Not the most luxurious but it has the most basic necessities that are required. The service was great, the staff were nice. Parking is good but can't see the car in some rooms. Would like to get a room with the hot tub for next time. It also has premium TV channels.
