Hotel is in a weird area, have to drive through an office park to get to it. Large pool area, hotel restaurant was very good. The room was comfortable.

A former Howard Johnson, this place is a former dump which has been made to look nice. Its true roots show through with thin walls and a party atmosphere, it's hard to get any sleep here, let alone sleeping past 9am with housekeeping knocking on your door. The pool is large and bright, if you don't mind climbing slippery stairs to get back to your room.

If you happen to be in a room off the parking lot, expect to have light shining all around your "blackout" curtains in the morning, I recommend sleeping faced to the wall. I only encountered pleasent staff members, but this and the renovated decor does not account for the fact that this hotel's bones are old and tired.

Cheap and not so cheerful. I won't return.

The worst hotel I've been! It's unsafe and horrible hotel! The guys who work in the front desk is rude and discriminate against women! I was on the line want to told the front desk guy, they ignored me and told to someone who behind me first. The bed my dad slept was broken and he got hurt so badly! But no one apologizes! So that I told to the front desk guys twice I want to change the room same floor as my another room in the second night. But They are irresponsibility, the same horrible room the same broken bed! I will not book any park inn again!

I've been coming to this hotel for five years because of location.
Had a corporate rate but management/owner changed that constantly with no explanation.
    Finally fed up.
    Zero customer appreciation.
    Rude, untrained and dismissive staff.
Beware of either online or phone reservations - all lies.
Needless to say I will not be returning.

Serviceable as expected. Do not expect luxury accommodations, especially given the price. Located close to the highway. Room was clean, though a bit musty. In room fridge, tv and microwave. Bed was comfortable, though pillows were lumpy. Parking lot can be very full if occupancy is high.

The rooms are clean and well equipped. There's decent a/c and the room comes with microwave + fridge. Location is very close to pacific mall and all the major highway. Very satisfied

Affordable hotel in convenient location. Beds were rock hard and walls paper thin. The staff did not stop the children running around the halls for over an hour at night until I had called at 10 to ask them to step in.

The location of this hotel is decent, and the staff are friendly. The pool and the hot tub and sauna are all clean and fun. However, our non smoking room clearly had a smoking odour to it (-1 star), and the "double beds" were more like twin beds (-0.5 star). We also stayed on the first floor, and it felt a little bit like we were underground. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would go back--but hopefully to a different room. I would give it a 3.5/5, but I'll round down to a 3.

Stayed overnight, nice place. Bit of an interesting smell in the hallway on the first level but doesn't carry into the rooms. Elevator could use a touch up. Nice staff. Restaurant was understaffed; food came out a bit cold because there was only one server. Otherwise good.

The check-in was good. The facilities have seen better days. The washroom is not bad - clean and bright (though no bath). There is a safe on the facility, but no safe in the room (a big no-no for me). The worst part is the AC/heater unit. It is super loud (like airplane engine loud). If the auto temp control does not kick in (accompanied by the loud engine sound), the room is suffocating and smell stale. Probably not going to stay here again. There are better choices for hust a bit more price.

Booked a room with 2 double beds and got upgraded for free with 2 queen beds. Service courteous and friendly. Would recommend!
