Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable for a budget hotel. Breakfast and Wi-Fi being included definitely are a bonus

Second time staying here. Place needs some major updates. The decor is so old that the toilet is beige circa 1980. Room was dirty, including garbage from previous guests and a half-empty courtesy shampoo bottle. No wash cloths in the room. Check-in took forever. No elevator. Had to settle for a Queen bed when booking as they don't have Kings, but the room actually only had a Double. Hotter was only warm. I only stay here because it is really the only option in the area.

Not clean. Seems like all the comfort inns I stay at are like this. Add an extra housekeeper and give them more time to do a proper job.

Burnt out City of Pickering street light just outside the hotel. Been like that for months. Nobody cares. I come here often and no change. Accident waiting to happen because it's dark and oncoming cars cannot see you as you're waiting to turn in and out of hotel. My aunt couldn't even find the hotel one day because of the dark situation. Horrible and dangerous.

Clean, tidy, comfortable bed & pillows. Must remember that Comfort Inns do not have elevators. We found that this Comfort Inn was the most expensive in our two week trip around Ontario.

Room was ok. Breakfast wasn't very good though. But, it's really close to the zoo so I'd recommend it for that.

Room was very clean and staff was helpful. Was hoping they would have movies to rent on the television and was disappointed to find out they didn't. Overall had a very good stay.

The rooms were clean but upon arrival we noticed a car pull up and a man walk up to the car and hand the driver cash in return for a suspicious looking bag along with other suspicious looking characters hanging outside into the wee hours. This was very offputting but the friendly and courtetus staff (Sandra) made up for it and assured us that we would be fine and that there were a few people who live at the hotel. No complaints about the rooms the beds were very comfortable. Nicely renovated bathrooms good room wrong location. Overall serves the purpose for our one night stay.

I found the room and overall upkeep of the hotel much nicer than expected. The stay was great however I found the night staff Nathan quite rude. When we walked in he was on the phone with a customer and I found his response back to this person's requests very rude like "well we don't do that" or "you'll have to come down and get it". Then while checking in he said "oh if you were one year younger we would not check you in tell your friends not to come here"

John Kollert----Comfort Inn Pickering is really an excellent hotel, we've had a great quality stay for 4 months here. Both the administrative & housekeeping staff are professional, friendly, interactive & reliably helpful. Standards of architecture/maintenance/cleanliness are A+ every day. Location is loaded & super convenient re shopping/transport/ Toronto. I'd definitively recommend this hotel for anyone traversing the Eastern GTA wishing for a pleasant & affordable stay.

It's a fine hotel. It's clean and beds were comfy. Free breakfast, was typical hotel hot breakfast with kinda gross eggs and boiled sausage, waffle machine etc, it served its purpose.

Rooms are great (I'd give it 4 stars, but). One word of advice : grab breakfast somewhere else. What they called eggs and sausage wasn't palatable. They also have eggos you make (it also tasted gross), 4 types of cereal with 1&2% milk, yogurt and "fresh" (cough cough) orange and apple PS: This happened to someone else in out group. They unfortunately clogged the toilet. Called the front desk. Front desk told them to come get a plunger themselves. Had to do the walk of shame, plunger in hand, to and from the room to the front desk. Why no one could bring it to them and bring it back is beyond me.

It's an Inn. Simple as that. Rooms were clean, and that's all I could ask for. Stayed here for a girls night, and it suited our needs for a crash pad for after the club. Would stay again.
