Got my countryman last week, everything went very smooth with the car features, test drive, paper work and etc. Thanks to Alex, we had a great experience of buying this car. Alex is a very patient salesman and he explains everything to me (yes as a female driver I know very little about cars XD). He also called us a couple times after we bought the car bcuz he wants to ensure everything works fine.

I just wanted to say thank you to all the manager Larry Zhao and my lovely dealer Graeme Johnston.
Picked up a brand new 2017 Mini Cooper from Graeme! It was a great experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and went through the different options in vehicle and ever pressuring as for a sale. He is very transparent throughout the whole process and gave us a great deal. Graeme did for making a little event for us and he wrapped up my car ribbon and gave an umbrella from Mini for free. :)! It was a memorable moment in my life! I would highly recommend Graeme and Larry as an Mini cooper Brand Specialist for your next car!

I have picked up my dream car Mini Cooper 5 S yesterday at Langley and I am complete satisfied with the service provided by sales manager Larry Zhao and sales executive Graeme Johnston. They definitely know the customer's needs and had great knowledge about the car's performance. Mini Langley is the best place to go if anyone would interest in purchasing a Mini Cooper! By the way, Graeme is a very interesting person with a lot of sense of humor which we really enjoyed talking to him. Great place after all with 2 thumbs up!!

I immediately found the staff at Langley Mini friendly, welcoming and not pressuring. I dealt with Lucas Bartsch in sales, then the sales manager, leasing officer and the insurance person. All three were professional. I feel great post purchase and love my new Mini. Thank you Lucas, you are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I picked up my 2015 3 door mini from here 3 days ago. I was not 100% sure about getting a Mini before, but after sitting in the Mini dealer for about an hour, I fully determined to purchase the beautiful red Mini! The prices for Mini's seems to be very fair, as I did some research before. The salesperson Lucas was very friendly and helpful and he explained everything about the car we were interested. He was very crystal clear about each pros and cons of each options and and I felt very comfortable while I was being consulted.

What I appreciate the most about Lucas is that he took a great amount of time to explain me the details of each function of my mini at the end of the purchasing process. I purchased different cars before but never had this kind of awesome service from any dealers, as once I purchase a car, they normally sent me away without further follow up. Lucas gave me his name card so that I can ask any questions anytime if I have a trouble and said that the service has not over yet!

I feel like I made a best choice in this year 2017 and I appreciate the kindness and very well organized services from Mini Langley. Mini is not just a gorgeous car but also carries with the best services behind it. Not to mention about the beautiful outside and inside designs of the car, I feel like the car is made just for me. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and to go to Mini Langley and meet Lucas!

Overall the experience was good. I am extremely pleased with my new 2 door MINI, and my purchases experience with Vic was excellent, from start to finish. He’s patient ,caring and wants to be the best help he can be. I have being looking for a car at least one month, and Vic helped me see the light. He really cares about his customers and he’s respects for the people he works with. I lived in Richmond, in order to facilitate me to go the Langley, he came home at 9:00am and picked me up and send me home after the car testing. He is very knowledgeable and entertaining, like we talked on the phone, he knows my financial situation very well and he explained the benefits of buying versus leasing, he also took his time to show me different parts and functions of a car. He was so helpful and willing to answer all my simple questions. All in all, I love my new MINI, and I am looking forward to my many years with the 2 door MINI, also using your service department to keep my car has a good condition.

I just bought my new Mini 3 door at Mini Langley from Vic. I had such a wonderful experience that I decide to write something to recommend this dealership as well as the sales person Vic Yang. When I walked into the dealership, I was greeted right away by him. During the process, he was really patient to answer all my questions and concerns. He also took me out for a test drive even though he was off already. He took his time to explain all the great features of Mini that I didn't know before. The whole process was really smooth without any pushy aggressive approaches some other salesman may have. I will definitely recommend this dealership and my sales person Vic. I picked up my 2013 Mini Cooper yesterday and I'm enjoying driving this fun vehicle. David Giacometti was my salesman and I was really impressed at how he really knew the vehicle and appreciated that he answered my umpteen questions. He was very personable and I enjoyed chatting with him! When I picked up my car, he thoroughly went through the car's features and I got a really good tutorial on it.

I really liked that he wasn't afraid to show me the car in performance and that made me all the more enthusiastic about the Mini!

I wish him all the best in his continued career pursuits. He will definitely go far!
