Nice. A bit of aging in the building but nothing that affects my comfort. This one is clearly designed around a business traveler with the larger work and meeting areas off the lobby. I'd definitely stay here again.

The lobby is very nice. Staff is courteous and helpful, free parking and free fridge in your room; unfortunately that’s the only good things about this hotel:
Market place is poorly furnished. Better to try the expensive Starbucks/bar
Gym only has three old and rusted treadmills
Carpet in the room is old with lots of stains
Moisture from humidity buildups in the bathroom.
Not impressed by cleanliness of the room, furniture and TV are definitely from another age!

The hotel is getting a bit dated. The elevator had several lights missing and was very slow. The rooms had peeling wallpaper. The windows are stuck shut. The temperature controls worked. The bed was comfortable. And the staff was friendly.

Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Bistro wait times were a bit much. Waited over half an hour for a sandwich and there were only 2 other customers there. Aside from that it was a pleasant experience

Came to this location for a baby shower. Staff were very helpful and the facilities were well kept. Over all for a short period of time spent there it was a positive experience.

Very disappointed with our stay in this Marriott brand hotel. Upon check in, the supervisor who checked us in was not very friendly and was quite rude when we requested for a specific room for my son with disability. The bar has a feel of questionable characters hanging out and loitering, and we did not feel safe at all. Our room was dated and quite dirty with stained bed sheets and quilted blankets. The bathtub is old and small and the walls are thin as you could hear people all night. As we were kept up by the people in the room above us, we requested for a late check out twice and twice were given two different answers by the same person as to why this cannot be accommodated even though we complained about the noise that kept us up that night. There a lot of other well established hotels in the area , stay away from this one, it's not worth the $150 cdn/ night #sept2017 .

I loved this place. It was very clean and comfy. Surprisingly, the double bed room that we had was very spacious. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well.

This is a clean, family friendly hotel. It was easy to find, just off the 401. The rooms are spacious, and ours came with a mini fridge. We were also able to request a microwave. The hotel is starting to show it's age in subtle ways, it's seen some wear and tear. However, for the price of the room and general atmosphere, I'd stay here again and reccomend it to others.

Secure facilities. Very clean well maintained room and hotelwe brought a medium sized group20---30 people. Courtyard treated us well. There is a nice common area and amenities in the lobby. Well maintained pool and whirlpool. Workout room. There's conference rooms available.. Overall very pleased. Good job Courtyard.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The shower was basic but had good water pressure and stayed nice and hot. Even though we were right next to the elevator we were never disturbed by noise.

Staff was friendly. Location was roughly 40 minutes into Toronto. Rooms seemed updated but still "felt" old somehow. In good repair, though, and clean. Color scheme maybe needs updating to feel as modern as the lobby did. The lobby feels classy. Bed was a little firm, but comfy. Sheets were nice. Shower didn't look like anything special but was surprisingly nice, good pressure, steady temperature. There were lots of people in the lobby area letting their kids run wild and leaving their trash and their beer cans everywhere, which was off putting, so we stayed in the room the majority of the time.

We rented two adjoining rooms at this hotel on November 26/27, 2016 and I had to take time to write about how pleased we were with our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and the rates were reasonable. The hallways were clean and smelled fresh! The pool was pristine as was the gym. Despite there not being a traditional restaurant in the hotel, we were able to order food from the sort of deli in the lobby and eat it in comfort in the lobby area tables. My room overlooked the highway but the room was so sound-proof that you could not hear any traffic noises. The staff was, without exception, knowledgable and polite. I will certainly return to this hotel on future visits to Toronto and I will recommend it to friends as a great place to stay.
