Maybe I'll sound as a brat or spoiled visitor, however I've been to this hotel gazillion times and the very first times when it opened. I've experienced much better service at the beginning of their journeyand now, when we stayed here for couple of days you can tell they've relaxed. Yes, their breakfasts are complimentary, but I'd rather be paying for a better breakfast with oatmeal, omelette and other features they used to serve. Towels weren't replaced even though one of them was obviously dirty with brown spots. Sheets weren't replaced either. Before, I could see they were trying harder to serve their clients at its best! Oh well, I guess it's everywhere like that in business: you earn name and reputation and then just earn money of it without putting much effort..

Great location near Clifton hills, walking to the falls and ant place near it is a breeze. Great customer service and *enormous*, well furnished rooms. Huge shower too! Only thing that disappointed me is the fireplace barely worked, even after asking maintenance to take a look. I personally love fireplaces so it was a bit of a downer for me, but not a deal breaker in the slightest. Spa was super chill and relaxing, a great experience. Great massage had me napping afterwards!

We had our wedding at Sterling inn. Both ceremony and reception. All the staff was very helpful and polite, special shout out to Dwight, Kellie and Lisa. They made sure that our wedding day was exactly how we wanted it. Everything went as planned. We even had a chance to decorate the hall the day before wedding. The food was different from any other restaurant I have been. Chef definitely surprised us and it was good. All the allergy and dietary restrictions were very well maintained. The rooms are gorgeous and high class, we had a walk in shower and huge Jacuzzi in our room. Also living room with a couch besides the actual bedroom. So much space for the bride to get ready. Free parking for all the guests, even for those who are not staying at the hotel but are attending the reception. Would recommend this place to anyone who is planning a small (20-30 people) wedding. We had a great time and that day was just beautiful.

Lovely lovely lovely. Awesome staff. The manager is great. Everything about this location is spectacular. Check it out folks. Worth every penny and it's a short walk to the falls.

We have been going there since it opened, spent our honeymoon and other special occasions at the hotel. Great staff, great rooms, and love the steam shower. Been to the spa as well, very enjoyable. Breakfast included, brought to the room in the morning. One of the best restaurants of the city downstairs, although had one bad experience at the restaurant with a very unprofessional staff member. Highly recommend the hotel and spa. Definitely a gem (although not as much a hidden gem anymore).

PROS: It's a small but intimate hotel (2 floors), to me that's a plus. It's in a convenient location (5 min walk to falls). Rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. There's a restaurant (AG), spa, and fitness room inside the hotel. Complimentary breakfast in bed every morning is a nice touch.
CONS: No pool! If you want to swim, you have to walk two buildings over to the days inn, which is their sister company, and use that pool (I didn't do it, inconvenient). No dimmers for the lighting. Being that it's an intimate hotel, they should have light dimmers in the washroom, especially the rooms with the Jacuzzi tubs, which I had.
All in all it was a great experience staying here. I would recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

My wife and I came to get away and celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. I booked a couples massage as well. We loved the room, great bed, clean room and they accommodated our need to check in earlier than usual do to our massage appointment. The massage experience was great. We enjoyed the experience.
Location was great and close to everything in Niagara.

All I can say is WOW.. My fiancee and I wanted to get away for the weekend and we went to the hotel with a spa package. I have to say that we were blown away. The hotel is in a perfect location and walking distance to everything. The hotel room was GORGEOUS.. Very spacious and the decor was stunning. I was stunned at the room and my mouth hit the floor. The spa is amazing as well and is tucked away that you will not hear a sound and will fully relax. We loved it and will be back for sure!!!!

Unique experience. Our room is very large. There is an area of the ceiling exposing the wood roof joists, giving it a rusting feel.
The gas fireplace is a very nice touch. We would have loved a nice soft carpet to complete the area!
The jacuzzi tub was a great way to end our day. The cold water tap is a little broken but we were able to manage.
Overall great spot just steps away from all the action. I would visit here again.response / report this review -

Felt like a 10 year old at a March Break camp. Received numerous calls from the front desk attendant between 8 pm to 11pm about a lot of walking around and loud talking. It was my wife and I having a day/night out away from the kids. Would not return here and our night was made to feel very uncomfortable. This is the place for you if you want to sleep your weekend away. It is one thing to be loud and obnoxious. it also another thing to simply be walking and talking like normal people do. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I could say how nice the rooms were. But it didn't matter.
I would like to add after the response received that loud talking, if not said to be yelling is just a way to try and control others. Would also like to note that we did leave again at approx. 12:49am picked up by an UBER. If getting dressed and putting shoes on at 12:30 disturbance. Then you keep some prude guests in this place. This was almost a type of harassment. We had the utmost respect for guests. If our actions were over the top we would have been dealt with accordingly, correct? We did not need to be called on the hour to be told to go to bed! It was poorly handled by you and your staff. As mentioned above, would not stay here nor recommend this place. Raving about a free breakfast of 1 hard boiled egg and a croissant with an apple is the best! Big waste of money here at this place and the other larger establishments would have been a better stay.
We didn't complain about your housekeeping bothering us on the hour the next morning and into the early afternoon. Wondering when we were leaving. I paid to extend checkout until 4pm. The noise throughout the morning and early afternoon was much louder. As a spa, it should not matter whether day or night. Relaxation should be expected at all times and with that being said you are also now hypocritical.response / report this review -

Very helpful, I can tell they put their customer service at their top priority. I will definitely coming back to this place next time when im in town. The rooms are very nice, the price is considerably cheaper than big name hotel, for its price, this is very good. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic. Romantic, clean and well located!
The photos should speak for themselves. The rooms are nice and spacious (room 202 at least) and so clean. The complimentary breakfast in bed was such a great touch and extremely appreciated.
The location is ideal too! Quiet area but within walking distance of everything!

the room was gorgeous and had tons of space. jacuzzi tub was in great working order and helped with relaxing. bed was comfortable. staff were very friendly and accommodating. the restaurant was a great atmosphere during cocktails. the spa was a wonderful first time experience, very relaxing and worth the money(good prices). will definitely be back again.
