  Always an exquisite relaxing time. I just wouldn't and couldn't stay anywhere else. Its the best most homely imtimate boutique hotel that cares your time is amazing

  Adequate size room and clean. Very comfortable bed. The free wifi was excellent. Included breakfast was very good as well with the exception of the weak coffee. However, you can easily remedy that by adding one shot of espresso from available espresso machine. Overall nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

  Fabulous Hotel! Clean, Welcoming and very friendly. The staff were exceptional. Couldn't fault it at all. Would definately come again if we visit this beautiful part of the world again.

  Great location, quiet and away from the busyness of Queen St. Service was excellent staff always eager to help. The room was spacious, well kept, the fireplace was great. Never heard any noise from other rooms. Breakfast was great as well. They run a complementary shuttle service to and from town but it's only a 10 minute walk as well. Also enjoyed using the Bike Share on site.

  Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and close proximity to town made the Harbour House Hotel one of my favorite hotels. They also offer a shuttle service to help you get around, so that was very nice. Next time I'm in Niagara On The Lake I'll be sure to stay at the Harbour House

  The continental breakfast was very good and the espresso machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. The staff is very professional and courteous. The room was clean and comfy. All-in-all, a very nice place to stay in a great town.

  We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location. It"s a short walk to the waterfront and the town centre. The included breakfast was great. They were also very accommodating of our dog, providing a special dog mat and treats for the dog on arrival.

  Our room overlooked the harbour. We were greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave great recommendations when asked the best place to eat. The shuttle service was amazing and let us enjoy the benefits of visiting wine country.

  Had a lovely time. My wife surprised me with a trip for my 30th birthday and it was great. The staff was wonderful, kind, and always eager to help. We would definitely go back
