It's a nice hotel but very dated. The rooms don't seem to be super clean but not dirty either. Offers free breakfast daily and has an indoor pool so may be a good option for someone with kids.

My room had a hot tub. I loved it!!! The beds were so comfy and the pillows OMG the pillows. I went down to the front seat personally to ask for more. So comfortable and fluffy 💖 I loved everything about this hotel. Even the grand entrance.

The hotel was in a good location with parking. The rooms were okay, the breakfast was okay, and the service was okay. Our room didn't seem to have a thermostat to control the room temperature, and we also got stuck on the elevator for 10 minutes. For how much time you spend in your room, I think most people would be fine with this hotel given the deals you can often get.

Loved our stay. Booked a romantic vacation away and was not disappointed. Room was clean and comfortable, and the location was awesome! No major noises heard (we were there in off season, January) and very friendly staff. Will be back for sure

Room was a bit old and outdated, but very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and it was nice. A bit crowded and hard to find a table. I loved their 24 hour free coffee. They served quality coffee. A good location with free parking. There were shops and restaurants nearby.

The beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. The pool area is located in the center of the lobby which makes it a little odd but it is well kept. Unfortunately the hottub is out of order. The make your own waffle breakfast is great. Although the place looks a tad dated I will recommend this place. It is near the attractions and the gift shop here is by far the cheapest.

I love the layout of this hotel. The pool and eating area are both located in the lobby. Breakfast is included but is not very good. Eggs are made from some kind of weird egg product and sausages are patties. My shower burned me five times during my ten minute shower. We also had trouble with our toilet running all night. I requested a fridge and microwave for my room. The fridge was provided but the hotel does not provide microwaves and asks all guests to share one microwave in the lobby. This hotel also charges a tourist tax which they did remove for us at our request. Would not stay here again.

Good breakfast with self serve waffles and small hot items and juice and coffee served 7 until 10:30. Friendliest staff we have encountered. We had a great balcony overlooking the pool. Waterpark is just across the street. They even accommodated us arriving slightly early and allowing us to park and explore until the room was ready. Great hotel.

We have stayed here three or four times. Never had a bad experience. The first time we booked (2012) we paid for a regular room and because we got there a bit late, they gave us an upgrade!! A smaller room off of ours! The girls loved it!!! Great "P.R. for them, as you can see! Going on April 22 2017!! Casino night!!

I booked this room at the Clifton Victoria Inn with a Wagjag voucher. We upgraded to a jacuzzi suite at a very reasonable price, and was pleasantly surprised to find that we had our own fireplace in our room! The room itself was pretty dated, but it was quite clean. There were some dust bunnies in the corners, but the bed, bathroom, and jacuzzi were all spotless. The bay window was incredible! We didn't have a chance to attend the free hot breakfast, but I am impressed it was open to all guests. If you are low maintenance guests like my husband and I are, this is a great stay for the price.

Rooms very clean and nice for hotel price. Beds a little uncomfortable but not horribly so. Breakfast was good but food choice was limited. Too busy at peak times but early or late eaters will be pleased. Location is excellent. We walked to everything we wanted to do in about 5 minutes.

It was an exceptional experience. Breakfast was delicious. This hotel was right around the corner from Clifton Hill. My family and I bought Clifton Hill passes and had a blast. The hot tub was momentarily shut down due to a hot water issue. However, the pool was fantastic. It was a very family-friendly environment and all the staff were super kind. They even have games at the front desk for the kiddos! Check it out!

My girlfriend and I went here for a mini vacation and we had such an extraordinary time here at the Clifton Victoria Inn. When we got there we were greeted very friendly by the receptionist. We were missing a very important paper that we needed to hand in, however they were very accommodating and understanding. Once we verified our information we were able to quickly get to our room (This process took only about 5 mins or so, VERY SMOOTH!)
I was very impressed how the room was SO CLEAN! Had an amazing view. Cleaning staff was very nice and friendly. Gave them a nice tip.
Overall, we had a fabulous time here. I'd HIGHLY recommend anyone who's looking for an affordable and clean hotel. Check out this place.response / report this review
