Fantastic price, great location, has a functioning door lock, no bed bugs. But besides that, it's very dated, smells funky and has a very very temperamental shower. Parking is across the street next to a tall building and is included, so don't pay the fifteen dollar fee to the guy standing at the entrance. Our room wasn't clean, we found men's underwear and a rubix cube, one of which we decided to keep. I recommend looking at nearby hotels for a better room. Also the pool was in disrepair.

The Niagara family inn was a nice place to visit we had a wonderful time they're very friendly staff nice location if you're in Niagara definitely stop and see what their rates are we might be back

Bedbug-infested motel! We stayed there a couple months back and got bedbug bites all over my body. 😔 Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Not as bad as you might think! It was clean and everything worked properly Nothing special but a great value if you just need a place to wash up and sleep. Close to the Falls and to the strip which was a plus. The owner was nice and just a word to the wise- if you don't check in by 9:30pm, you MAY lose your reservation!
